This is my 4th and last time replying to you because I'm tired of the lies and repeating of my words. I won't back down either.
I've said before the deposit is not the issue anymore, you got my money. I do not care about that anymore.
You have responded to my comments with multiple lies:
1. Making up dialouge that I said "it's all good, I won't tell anyone if you tattooed me", As if I was begging for you to change the rules and tattoo me.
2. Saying I was 30 minutes late for my appointment when I was not.
3. Saying that you let me wait for my ride inside your shop
And you're making it out as if I was being ill mannered and rude in the shop but, you and I both know that was not the case.
You said I was entitled, really?
I gave off no type of entitled energy inside the shop and I am not giving off any entitled or rude energy in these reviews either. But you sure are. You replied to all of my reviews being combative and argumentative.
I am not trying to fight you on this issue but, I will not let you make it seem like I am a liar. That is all.

Koz is amazing! I am a first time mother and my husband and I went to BMI to get our daughter’s ears pierced. As a first time mom I tend to have unreasonably high expectations and Koz managed to exceed them all! He guided us through the process and answered my many questions with patience and managed to soothe our anxiety. With our 6 month old daughter he made sure she was comfortable and asked what her favorite show was so she can play it on his laptop and he made every effort to make sure we were comfortable. Again, no easy feat with two new and anxious parents and a 6 month old.
The shop itself is pristine: immaculately clean! Koz checked our temperature and wore his mask and gloves the entire time. I cannot recommend this shop enough! If he’s this patient with babies I’m sure adults have an amazing experience as well.

Came in today wanting to be service for a piercing. Filled out the paperwork then was told it would be 30 mins he had to go to store and grab some paper towels. When I stated I am looking at blue paper towels all around the place. I was further told I am just the messenger and yes you are looking at paper towels. Not quite sure why I was lied to in my face. I took my ID and left calmly not sure if it was color of my skin and he just didn’t want to service me. I wouldn’t recommend this damn place to my enemy never-less a friend.

This was my 2nd visit to BMI.. I seen Koz, who pierced my nose a year ago, to have the nose ring removed as it was a non-screw post...
If you want piercing of any kind, Koz, explains the pros & cons of same and make you very comfortable in what ever service or product your receiving... 👍🏽

I got my industrial bar and my nose piercing here, by Koz of course! He’s amazing and he knows how to keep you calm during the piercing. Extremely fast, precise, and professional. love it!

amazing! I first discovered Basement as I was searching for a professional to do my anti-eyebrow piercing. I found a few shops but none of the piercers gave off the same vibe as Koz. Such a great guy! I was only 16 at the time and he made it a point to educate me all about the piercing and its aftercare. Now that Im 18 I went back to get my septum! Such a great place

I got my belly button pierced at Basement Ink over three months ago and haven't had any problems with it at all so far! The workers are so nice, and Koz fully explains everything. The prices are great too!

I arrived early and waited outside for almost an hour. I called the phone number on the business window twice to try to schedule an appointment, but no one answered either time. I emailed the shop, but no response. When someone finally showed up, l tried to ask if they had available appointments and l was ignored. I finally caught the gentleman’s attention. He kept walking and would not stop to listen to my question and pointed to the sign on the window that he opens at 1:00 pm. And he slammed the door. I felt so disrespected. I just left. Perhaps they don’t service black patrons here.
