There’s a reason Rich Kocis (owner) has done 16 of my 22 total tattoos, and 16 out of my most recent 16. He’s a helluva guy! Amazing talent! The only one I’ll let put ink on skin.

I went to Peace of Art studios for a tattoo, Gabriella did a first class job. It was my first tattoo and I didn’t know what to expect. But it was better than I thought, and Gabriella was very professional. If you are considering getting a tattoo I would definitely suggest Peace of Art Studios!

Had the best experience at Peace of Art tattoo. From the very beginning, I was impressed with the level of professionalism, the diversity, and the overall vibe of the shop. I called in & booked with Roba, who did an amazing job and accomplished exactly what I asked for. He had the most gentle spirit, which made me feel so relaxed, and his father (the owner) was the same way. They both offered great conversation, which felt genuine. Everyone was kind. The shop had a calm, relaxing vibe (which was a nice twist bc you don’t always get that with tattoo shops). Roba was patient, focused, and humble. During a time when everything costs an arm and leg, I can honestly say that prices were very reasonable, which made room for me to leave a tip. I look down at my tattoo often and am so happy with it. I will be back again and again. ❤️ P.S. Im about a year late writing the review because I thought I had done it already but better late than never lol!

I will try and be brief please read everything. Stopped in Saturday. Roba told me to come back Tuesday for my tattoo. He never wrote my name down for an appointment . Called Monday to see if he needed a picture, since he never wrote my name down he did not know who I was, after talking for a minute he remembered, (before all this I texted him 3 times with no response, messaged him on Facebook twice with no response. Tried to leave a message and the mailbox is full) he told me he would text me and then I will send him a picture, never heard from him. So today I did not bother going, horrible customer service skills, the whole ordeal is kind of strange. How do you trust somebody like that. Made an appointment with someone else already, be careful when places that operate like this

I got my first tattoo from Rich and I would highly recommend getting a tattoo here! Very friendly and helpful more importantly it is very clean!

Rich is truly gifted. His artistry is beautiful. His prices are reasonable.

I've had many tattoos done here and their work is amazing. I usually have the owner as my artist but had his son, Roba, today and was just as pleased with their work. An amazing family owned business that I would highly recommend. Friendly, professional and amazing at what they do.

Rich did my tattoo and it came out amazing he listened to what I wanted and delivered! This was my very first tattoo and he definitely put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable! He was so nice and friendly. It's family owned operated. The shop was very clean and His prices is very reasonable he's such a great artist! He's the only artist I will go to when I want another one! This is the second tattoo parlor I've been tattooed at and the experience was definitely more my speed. When you walk into the parlor it's bright and open with original art work and a comfy seating area. The atmosphere is really laid back with very respectful artists - no loud talking or foul language. Madison did two tattoos for me and was wonderful. I told him my ideas and he drew up his draft and they were more perfect than I imagined. His work is very meticulous, creative and clean. I highly recommend visiting Peace of Art Tattoo for all your tattoo needs.

I just finished getting a tattoo done by Madison. He is EXTREMELY professional and has some of the best line work I have ever seen. If you are looking for a clean, safe and professional shop.. look no further. Peace of Art Tattoo shop is hands down the best shop around and Madison is by far the most talented artist in the south suburbs.
