I got my tattoo out of state but once I got home I realized there was some issues with it. I called Phong Tattoo and they had me come in and Sam took care of me and give me very helpful information in terms of taking care of the tattoo. I highly recommend this place, they are extremely knowledgeable and make sure that you are properly taken care of.

He’s insanely talented, not to mention kind and very considerate for his costumers and their image of how they want their tattoo to look. Phong was incredibly professional and fun. I found him because I wanted a line work tattoo and he is Exceptional at line work tattoos. He worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. I had an idea of what I wanted and he worked incredibly hard to bring it to life. He was honest in his opinion, which I greatly appreciated. He explained why certain things would have to be bigger or they would blend together over time. I was so grateful he was honest and wanted me to have the best tattoo not just for now but for the years to come. My friend went with me and she watched him work. She said he had an incredibly steady hand and was brilliant to watch. I was so excited by the end result and pleased by my tattoo that I immediately scheduled another one with him. Phong is the best!!!

Amazing shop in downtown carmel. I received two tattoos from Sam, and she did an amazing job! They have been healing up nicely. I received one script tattoo and the detail is stunning, especially for the size. Her fine line work is beautiful. Definitely recommend.
