Just got my first tattoo done there yesterday by Phil and I am absolutely in love with it! He was so kind and friendly and talked with me and my friend the whole way through. I walked in for an estimate, but ended up "stealing" a reservation from a lady who didn't have proper paperwork or something. Bad manners, or opportunistic... Not sure. My artist was Phil Garrett. I had my art with me (simple line art, no shading, just black, and the exact size I wanted). I haven't gotten a tattoo in several years (I have 14, not a newbie), and I was impressed by the improvements to equipment and materials. For me, this was a quick, clean, and satisfactory experience. I did proper aftercare, and had no scabbing or any other problems with my tattoo.
