My favorite place on the planet! The guys are amazing and the atmosphere is chill! Old school to custom they do it all for me. See Jeff "Lefty" if you love music, Sieto if you hate the Cubs, Chencho if you're obsessed with French bulldogs and Zak if you want a really talented artist in the making. Amazing work!! Highly recommend! Me and my husband have gotten 2 tattoos each from there: 2 from zac,and 1 from jeff and sieto there and the quality of work is truly fantastic! We left super pleased and will only go here from now on to get tattoos done. 10 out of 10 (not to mention both times we were walk ins)

I'm an Army Veteran who's been deployed to Iraq. I got a tattoo of two artillery cannons on each of my forearms. The amount of detail, colorings, and shadings done is amazing work. My tattoo artist Sieto was top notch, reacting on the fly to my requests professionally to not only complete the work, but make a work of art as well. I got the tattoo's done a few years ago and I still get comments on how good they look from fellow Veteran's and Va staff members. I will go back again if I decide to get more. Thumbs up.

Called in the day before and asked about walk ins and they said first come first serve (understood). I asked about my wife getting matching tattoos and that she wouldn't be able to come in at same time due to our infant not allowed to come in. They said no proble as long as she is there right when i get done.. Went there with a simple line (logo) idea, talked to the dude at front desk who reassured me my wife and I will both get tatted as long as she gets there right when I'm done. I waited an hour and a half 😩 and another couple came in with bigger tattoo ideas...That is when the desk dude (not an artist to my knowledge) came up and said since my wife isn't in the parlor he can not hold her spot and she will not get tatted today. I argued that I have already waited an hour and a half and it was ok before and asked what changed now and why did he tell me differently an hour and a half ago?. I didn't even get an apology, just that since she isn't here he can't hold her spot... he was a real "D".
Not right and bad business.. especially after already waiting an hour and a half. This is how I spent my 13th anniversary with my wife...NOT GETTING TATTOOED, apart.. We were both so disappointed.

Got these two done as a walk in got a good deal and was done in a couple hours they have a deal on their binder four small black and white tattoos but I also have another one coming up to do with them that's a lot bigger really nice staff and if you have to cancel the let you put it on a gift certificate your deposit that is only place other than Surefire I would go for tattoos

Brandon is very rude and definitely doesn't want to be bothered. He was very dismissive and short and didn't even attempt to try to answer my questions and be open to the idea of me emailing him what I want. Maybe hire someone that doesn't mind talking to people on the phone when calling in. On to the next shop

I newly turned 18 this month went to get my first tattoo today with my mom here. the guy at the front desk was honestly so rude and pushy the whole vibe was off i originally came in with one tattoo in mind got pushed around and told that that wouldn’t work and in my experience i always trust the expert so i didn’t mind that but instead of giving guidance on how i could maybe change and make the tattoo work he just asked if i wanted to change my idea or leave. I changed the idea last second wasn’t confident in it i tried to ask him a question or 2 but was immediately met with exasperated sighs and grunts from him i asked if i was bothering him and his demeanor changed for a second he said not at all and then immediately went back to acting frustrated with me, which i get this is my first tattoo and i’m not well educated in the tattoo space but a little guidance instead of frustration would’ve gone a long way we left after 2 hours of waiting and getting pushed around by the guy up front (we were the 3rd to walk in as soon as they opened) and i didn’t get that tattoo i’m bummed bc i have no doubt the artists are amazing and today was the last day my mom was in town to get the tattoo with me. i’ve seen their work on friends and it’s beautiful i was excited to get a tattoo by one of the artists there, but their customer service needs an upgrade and i wasn’t going to be treated like that.
