I will start by saying that Brian Winston, the store manager has great customer service. That being said, somebody at the same location did my tattoo beforehand and it looked terrible even after I gave him a picture. Brian did both of the following touch ups for free— again, great service— but even after the second touch up, I can still see the errors. Brian Winston is quite skilled, but there’s just something off with their work. I don’t know if I’m ever going back to them for business

Ny is an absolutely outstanding artist! She took the time to listen to my ideas and then gave me a beautiful tattoo. She has a very sweet personality and provided excellent customer service. I am thrilled with her work and will definitely return to her in the future. The shop itself is clean and sanitary and the receptionist was very friendly. Highly recommend Ny and Studio 77!

Took my daughter here for her first tattoo. Telly did a perfect job. Very professional, very clean. He had a good vibe and made sure to educate her on how to care for it. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and both Telly and Nyderia were friendly, welcoming and professional. Going back to get one myself.

They did have a mix up in their schedule, so my appointment was postponed for later that same day. It was worth the wait. Mani did my tattoo and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. Plus did an amazing job with my tattoo. I would definitely recommend her.

I got my tattoos from Sydney and she’s so freaking good and funny. Her customer service is really good. She’s tattoos so gentle. I love the atmosphere it’s like I’m getting a tattoo at a comedy show which really makes the pain of the tattoo easier to deal with. It’s a nice place to spend 1+ hours at on a Sunday night 🙌🏽😀
