Had a great time! Jim did a great job, super light handed as well. We did the gumball machine tats. You dont know whats going to come out either which makes it more fun! My daughter and i went together. We will definetly be going back!

called for information on a piercing, (pricing, if they did this particular piercing) was met with hostility for some unknown reason, was extremely odd for me and unexpected, kind of caught me off guard, very unprofessional way to treat a customer willing to pay money to this business who was just calling to inquire on services. will take my business somewhere else & let others know to avoid this establishment - for future reference, try saying "Our piercer isn't in today, please call again -whenever- and I'm sure they'll be more then happy to answer your questions." its that easy. No need to be rude to your customers, Especially when they are calling to spend money at YOUR business!!!

My sister and I went in today & got tattoos. Lindsey was spectacular. She got us an appointment within a weeks notice, she was very understanding and patient about any changes we wanted, price for what we wanted was reasonable, and the finished pieces were above our expectations. Rude shop owner or manager, apparently didn't want our business today (no one in the chair, no one in the parking lot). We made a general appointment for tattoo today, and the person at the counter was rude and unaccommodating. He was not the original one we spoke with, so, we'll be tattooing in Lafayette. Disappointed.

The reason I ranked this at 5 stars is because I went here for my first piercing and they were incredibly informative. They provided me with all of the necessary methods to clean my ear. They also told me the consequences of not properly maintaining my piercing. Overall i was very pleased with the costomer service and would go there again.
