Had such great experiences both times I have gone in. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great jewelry! I haven’t had any piercings done there but he has assisted and changed out a few for me and wish I had met him sooner! Will definitely use for future piercings as well as jewelry!

I'd gone with a co worker and her daughter to get her ears pierced. I brought my daughter along so she could see the process. My daughter decided she wanted her done too. Adam was amazing with both young girls. Talked about what was going to happen and was fast. He was absolutely fantastic! Friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely will recommend to anyone who has littles that want their ears done!

He missed my call but texted me a little after mentioning his availability. Ended up getting me in about 30 minutes after. Came in and Adam said hi and was super friendly. Felt extremely comfortable being there. It was pretty quick and he seemed very knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visit and thankful that he got back to me quick.

Awesome experience! Very friendly and professional. They had lots of beautiful jewelry and the exact thing I wanted (an opal for my tragus). The shop was very clean and they very clearly explained the whole process. Will absolutely come back again for another piercing!

I went tonight to get my cartilage piercing changed from a stud to a ring. Atom explained everything in great detail and did an excellent job. I will definitely be going to him for a new piercing in the near future. I would recommend going to Ritual if you need a jewelry change or a new piercing.

Called to see availability on doing a piercing. The gentleman on the phone was extremely friendly and asked a few questions such as type of piercing, age of client, and if they had any special jewlery in mind. After discussing a bit, I was pleased to hear that they could put me in the schedule that day. When I arrived, they were very professional and friendly. The entire process of the piercing took maybe 10 minutes at most. Atom was very knowledgeable on cleaning and aftercare procedures. The price was a bit higher than other places, but the quality of jewelry and piercing process shows why they deserve to make the money they do. Very pleased. I would recommend Ritual to anyone looking to get a piercing. Remember, cheap piercings aren't good, and good piercings aren't cheap!
