John, Paige, and Lilly are the absolute best. My kids were super nervous and everyone was being super helpful. We talked about the full process everyone was making it fun and my 2 daughters had a blast. John was making the girls laugh and very patient with the questions. Id go back in a heartbeat. I went here today to get my nipples pierced! I was scared out of my mind when going in but when I met the piercer He was able to calm me down and be joking and just fun! I enjoyed my experience! I scheduled an appointment for my younger sister to get her nose pierced . Immediately upon walking in we felt comfortable and were welcomed with service and hospitality. John did an amazing job at walking through every step and explaining any questions that we had. The entire piercing process was extremely hygienic, all staff demonstrated aseptic technique from beginning to end. The best piercing process I have experienced hands down. 🙌🏼

I decided I wanted a helix piercing on a whim this morning, and catalyst got back to me within an hour to schedule and was in the shop the same day to get it done. John was extremely professional, explained the process in a detailed way that made me feel comfortable, and overall made the experience fun and safe. I ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend Catalyst for anybody wanting a clean and cute piercing - the amount of quality, unique jewelry they have to choose from is breath taking.
