The piercing lady is extremely rude. She wasn’t friendly at all and seemed like she was in a huge rush even though I was the only customer. After reading all the reviews about her, how is she even employed here anymore?? You’d think a business would can someone like this to improve their image. I’ll take my business to a different shop.

They are pretty friendly up there I have a beautiful tattoo done by Kevin he is a great tattoo artists I plan on getting more done by him. I also have a tongue piercing from fine line.

I scheduled an appointment and sent the image that I wanted to the artist. When I arrived the artist was working on drawing up the image, and the image was somewhat close to what I was wanting. Weeks later the ink on my tattoo is bleeding and the coloring is horribl. I've send an email requesting it to be fix but received no response. My daughter was with me at the time and got her nose pierced. The lady who pierced her nose was extremely rude, didn't disinfect anything, now my daughtes nose is severely infected.

I got my tattoo here many years ago, I can't remember the artist but he did a fantastic job. Just a few days ago I came in to get a double nose piercing, was in here for a few mins and then was out. No complaints, no issues with either service I've received here.

Went in to scope out the shop and see if I wanted to get my piercings done there. Very clean, friendly and efficient. Piercer was able to open up 2 lip piercings that had partially closed. Walk-ins only, but they were working pretty quickly.

the lady that did my nose piercings was very rude & rough. i was very nervous cus i haven’t gotten a piercing before and i’m scared of needless lol and she made my experience horrible, made me even more nervous w how rude she was. it wasn’t what she said but the way she said it and the time in her voice. i will never go bacc to this place. although the piercing is cute!

Got my bellybutton pieced. WORST experience ever. The piercing was not straight, lady was rude and it was continuously infected for over a year. I was told it was MY fault. I cleaned it and took care of it every day. It got so infected the skin split in half. I would add a picture but it would make someone feel icky. There goes my piercing and my money. Don't go here. Please. I beg of you.

Took my 13 year old here to get her ears pierced. So glad I came here instead of a place at the mall. I do not like those ear piercing guns. Since she's under 18 I had to have a consent form filled out and notarized. It did cost more but worth it.
