Terrible experience all together. Receptionist and owner were very condescending. It was my first tattoo. (I’ve since covered it up) I didn’t know what to expect but since I’ve gotten more work from neighboring shops I understand the level of professionalism that should be shown. This shop lacks general customer service and baseline tattoo etiquette.

I got my first tattoo here in 2019 from Jerry. He was amazing! He explained everything before he did it, he constantly checked on me to make sure I was okay, and he gave both of us multiple breaks throughout the process. In all my tattoo took 3-4 hours. Well worth my time and money! I can’t wait to go back and get another tattoo from Jerry again.

I absolutely Love this place. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the tattoo artists are awesome. I would highly recommend getting a tattoo here. I've always gotten my tattoo's done by Justin Casteel. He's great as for him but any of them would do a great job.

Justin Casteel inked my chest today under the collar bone on the left side with some watercolor. He is both very light-handed and light-hearted, giving me the most amazing first tattoo experience I could ask for with little pain and lots of good, easygoing conversation. My whole visit took two and a half hours, from the first sketches to the stenciling to the finished product-- and honestly it did not feel like I was there for that long because I had such a good time. Justin made several unique design choices and cleared them with me, and I am so pleased with the finished product because it is more beautiful than I imagined-- he is foremost an artist and that gained him my utmost respect. My ink was worth what I paid for it and more to me, so my artist got a wholesome tip at the end of my appointment (which I recommend considering when getting a tattoo because your artist will appreciate the generosity). I will gladly return to Big Daddy's in anticipation of what they can do for me next.

Absolutely love this tattoo shop. Have gotten three tattoos myself, my wife has gotten two as well, and my sister I believe three. Justin is our favorite artist, but every artist there is extremely talented. Recommend you call ahead to get an appointment, but if you do walk in you won't be disappointed with your work. Being from bardstown it's hard to find good tattoo work, and this place is the only shop I'll go to now. Worth the drive. Overall great pricing, kind and skilled artists. Highly HIGHLY reccomend.

Ask for Justin! He did the majority of my tattoos. All the other artists are great as well but Justin is my favorite for what type of style I like! He can do almost anything you ask. Floral, quotes, coverups, and detailed colored tattoos.
