This establishment has been growing. New ownership took over at the end of 2022 by Mr. A.K. He has a vision of being the best and having the best. AKlusive Ink has taken over "The Studio" and is thriving!"

What an awesome place. These guys here really have an incredible talent and their art is outstanding. Anything your looking to do, these guys make it happen. Greg is a super nice guy and runs a great shop. Richard is one of the best tattoo artists! Remember, they run specials on tattoo's, so keep your eye's open. Thanks for such a great place here in Lafayette!!!!

I took my four month old daughter to get her ears pierced. Miriam did a perfect job! She set everything up in front of me and explained thoroughly. Definitely recommend!

The worst service we ever experienced. My brother made the appointment a week in advance and told the artist that he was a minor. Drove 3 hours for my brother to get a tattoo because Louisiana allowed minors to get a tattoo with parental consent. We arrive at 3:45 and his artist doesn't talk to us or even draw the stencil until 5pm. They get the stencil on him at 6pm, then hands him the paper work. I go to sign and that is when they choose to tell us that the law changed. Complete waste of time and devastatingly unprofessional.

Went to the Studio without an appointment and was seen immediately. I wanted to add a quote that meant a lot to me below my pre-existing wave and mountain. I knew the space was tight above my elbow, but Greg truly delivered. The price was way lower than I thought it would be, and he even touched up my mountain and wave at no extra charge. He was quick yet efficient. He offered fun conversation that made you feel comfortable getting something permanently stabbed into your flesh. Again, this quote has meant so much to me and as I’m going through a very tough time in life, I truly appreciate the kindness and exceptional work.

My tattoo artist, Greg, is phenomenal. He did a portrait on my arm that came out exactly how I wanted it to. The staff is all very friendly and the studio is clean with amazing artwork on the walls. I couldn't have asked for a better place to finish my quarter sleeve. Plan on getting many more tattoos through the studio. <3 this place!

I went there for my first lobe piercing and the experience was no less than spectacular. Muriem did it so professionally and quickly and they are perfectly symmetrical. I chose this place from good reviews and I'm glad I did. Was not disappointed. Will be back for future piercing needs and will recommend to my friends.

The two times I've been in there, I was very dissatisfied. The first was to get my first tattoo, I'm getting it covered up. The artist who did it was apparently not a permanent artist, they were just "trying it out" with him.
The second was to get a piercing. I didn't get the piercing because it was too late, however the woman who greeted us (after about five minutes of standing around) seemed very rude and didn't want to help us at all.
Overall, the place is decently clean but the service is much less than satisfactory.

Just two questions the owner. how much do y’all charge per hour, and according to the Louisiana tattoo law, anyone under 18 but at least 16, can get a tattoo with parental consent. Do y’all do 16 year old tattoos? My daughter wants to get a memorial tattoo for a lost loved one.

If you need a piercing look no further than Miriam! She is hands down the best piercer I've ever been to. Highly knowledgeable in her field with many years experience. She makes getting a piercing a breeze !!

Went in The Studio Tattoo Shop the other day. And when the owner of the shop quoted me a price on a piece @ 225.00hr.(got another quote of 125.00hr for the same tat.) And then turned back to his client in the chair, and he started telling her that he quoted me that high price because of something, or another. Doesn’t matter why. But there were other people talking around me so I couldn’t make it out. The shop it self had surprisingly decent decour. You wouldn’t think that by the looks of the ratty outside and surrounding area. The staff was friendly and cute. But Doesn’t make up for the fact of the matter that the proprietor of this establishment picks who he wants to stick.
