Our artists are skilled in many different styles and always prefer to draw you a custom one of a kind piece of art work. i went and got my navel pierced for my birthday and had some concerns about it being super red and super swollen a week into healing. told it was completely normal. 3 days later, my top hole was beginning to close around the top ball. i’m not a piercer but that’s definitely not “normal” had to get it removed by another tattoo shop.. i’m ashamed and embarrassed because i thought it was normal. i should’ve listened to my body.

I called this evening to make an appointment for a piercing. I was told it was a walk in service. I walked in at 850. 1 hour and ten minutes before they closed for my piercing. I was told they already cleaned up and were done for the night. I was also told I would have to wait a half hour for everything to be sanitized and I should just come back Monday. If you're open til ten and you tell people that it should be working hours. Also if you already cleaned up for the night but then tell me I would have to wait a half hour to sanitize are you closing up dirty!?
I appreciate the response but unfortunately I'm not very eager to return to a shop where the staff may be bitter from my comment to let them put needles in my body.
