Went in and had amazing service! Tag Anderson helped me out and customized a picture I had on my phone to perfection! The whole staff was extremely helpful and made my first tattoo experience memorable. Highly recommend! My tattoo turned out perfect and better than the image I was thinking when I walked in.

Today me and my girls received our first tattoo from “Chopper” Pete! It was such a great experience! He made us feel so comfortable and he was very patient with us! He talk to us the entire time so we didn’t even notice it was over! When ever I come back to NO I will definitely look for him!!!! Thanks for your professionalism! 😃

Chopper was very well educated on the topic of tattoos. I could not have more pleased with my experience. He answerer every question I had, and much more. I left feeling well informed on tattoo care and the science behind tattoos. He took what I wanted for my first tattoo, and drew something far better than I had imagined.

Had a truly magical experience at the shop. I really believe it was kismet coming here. Kyle was my artist and he made me and my little group feel perfectly at home. It was my first real tattoo, to cover up a homemade tattoo, and he treated me wonderfully. Not a thing to worry about. The vibe of the shop was awesome and he helped me stay in my budget and gave me a piece that one wouldn't guess was a cover up. It is beautiful and I feel truly blessed to have found this place and this artist. Definitely felt the stars aligned and I can not say enough good things.

I was in town for the weekend and wanted a tat. I called and the gentleman that answered the phone said walk ins welcome, so needless to say I had to check out the oldest continuous running shop in the state. I walked in and it was such a cool vibe and it was clean! I walked over and I met with Chopper who sat down and took his time to draw up what I wanted. He took he time and was honestly quite a perfectionist, which I was extremely happy about because my tat come out so beautifully. The shading and lines came out SUPER CRISP on my darker skin. I was so glad to support a local long running black business. If your ever in the Nola and want a real amazing tattoo check out Aart! I can’t wait to go back again soon!

went here today and got a wonderful piece of art work from CHOPPER. I love it, he was absolutely great! Not only is he a great tattoo artist he IS an artist. I had somewhat of an idea of what i wanted (sugar skull) and he threw me some ideas, and i told him what i liked. CHOPPER was so patient with me and all his other customers. He was the coolest and most humble tattoo artist i have ever met. I would recomend this place to anyone. Another great artist named MECCA did my husbands tattoo which was a Marine Core tattoo and it came out absolutely flawless. Did i mention this place is the OLDEST tattoo shop in Louisiana? These people know what the hell they are doing.. seriously. I love this place and will continue to go here, first time going and I'm overly impressed with the work, and the people. My husband and I could not be more pleased with our tattoos! The artists are so talented and NICE! We went with a couple friends and spent the afternoon there. We spoke with a couple of the artists and we really had a genuinely great time! Thank you Chopper and Damien for your professional work and awesome character. We will most certainly be back!!

Of all my tattoo experiences, this was hands down my favorite. The dynamics between the artists in this place are fantastic and the experience of visiting the shop was matched by the quality of the artist. Would happily make the 8 hour drive to visit again. Had a great experience!!! My wife and I were on vacation from So. Cal. and just walked in. They took us right in and we both got our souvenir tatts!!! She got a black key and I got this!!!!
