The setting is comfortable and the music is eclectic (sometimes live). There's no flash on our walls because everything we do is hand-drawn first. Our artists have a basic sense of value owed to our clients along with a commitment to create trust. Let's sit, talk, draw up what's in your mind on paper then put it on your skin. Don't let price be a motivating factor in your decision and please respect our $100 minimum. Be polite and refrain from haggling."

I could not rave more about this place and the owner, Dom, who did tattoos for my best friend and I. We were visiting from out of town and I can honestly say, having at least 15 tattoos myself I have never had a more pleasant, comfortable, welcoming, INCREDIBLE experience than I did at Catahoula. Dom made us feel right at home and had so many anecdotes, advice, and laughs to share with us.
I will send everyone I know who even passes remotely close through NOLA, to this tattoo shop!!!

The staff was helpful, friendly, and extremely accommodating. The shop is clean comfortable and all of the equipment was sterile. The tattoo looks fantastic and everyone went above and beyond to deliver a great experience. I would highly recommend them to everyone and I will for sure be coming back. Olivia was did a wonderful job on the tattoo I wanted. The quality is amazing and she was very fun and comfortable to work with. Highly recommend her as an artist and will definitely be getting some more work done. The shop is very cool and felt very clean and sanitary.

Cannot say enough good things, such genuinely nice people who really cared about our well-being, our comfort, and ensuring we had a great experience and left with great tattoos. We both love our tattoos, the prices were reasonable, and we had a great time chatting with our artists.

The staff of Catahoula Tattoo are the greatest folks of all time. I was really nervous because it was my first every tattoo and after my experience I simply refuse to get a tattoo anywhere else. My artist (and new best friend) was Dominic and not only did he give me a cool tattoo, but he talked to me throughout the tattooing to help distract me from the pain and keep my nerves down. The vibes of this tattoo parlor are immaculate, and if you are looking for a tattoo you gotta come here. Every single person who works here is 29/10, 24/7. Could not have asked for a better tattoo experience and I will definitely come here again!

Dominic is the man, and he's created an amazing space in this shop. He took all precautions to make the experience safe, both in space and in mind. We worked together on the artwork, he poured me a cup of their (soon to be) famous coffee with me and shared many stories and laughs. Wonderful artwork and a class shop. Exactly the vibe you want if you're interested in getting beautiful art, welcoming company, a "pretty good" cup of coffee, and great conversation. Don't forget to check out the bathroom wall!

I had a great time at catahoula tattoo. Dominic did a great job refreshing my very first tattoo. It was badly faded, and he whipped it up in no time and we had fun. Very professional and very covid-safe. They took my temperature and asked me a list of questions before we got started. Thanks yall! In love with my Medusa tattoo from Dominic-- it's perfect (and looks even better in person). He is extremely experienced and cares about his customers. The atmosphere of the whole place is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!!
