I had a 1:30pm appointment which was booked and accepted before Christmas. I happened to look the business up on Yelp to read reviews and read that they were no longer in the location on Google/Yelp and/or their Facebook page and website. They numbers are incorrect as well. We called prior to the appt and were told that he would call back with the address. I have called, text and emailed. It’s 2:05pm and there has been no response. I do not understand what the point is of making an appt and paying a deposit. I have requested that my and my sister’s deposit be refunded as we were getting sister tattoos in memory of our mom. Communication and respect for customers’ time and money is lacking. Go elsewhere.

My best friend and I made our way to this shop on our Friday the 13th rounds. It was our second and soon became our last stop. We walked in to cheerful greetings and an extremely welcoming energy that I haven’t had in any other shop around here. The girl at the counter was extremely friendly and waved us in to see what we were there for today.
We didn’t even do the Fri13 specials. My friend ended up getting a full piece done on his leg while I got something different altogether. We ended up with V as our artist and both of us are EXTREMELY happy with the work we got. I can’t stop smiling every time I look at the little ghost that sits on my arm now. My best friend hasn’t stopped gushing about his first big tattoo and it’s been days. Both of our pieces look absolutely perfect and V went above and beyond for us.
The atmosphere of the shop is incredible and I love the interior. It’s spacious and comforting, and that couch is hella soft. It’s honestly such a plus that everyone who works there is not only SO freaking nice, but also certifiable 10s. This place will definitely be seeing more of us in the future and I can’t wait for my next visit. I’ve already recommended this place to all of my friends.

I go to college out here in New Orleans and went in to get re-inked the staff here are reasonable and give off a homey vibe. The service provided was great and easy. I am so happy with the final piece, the artist Yo did a beautiful job and I will definitely come back!
