Jay was amazing! He did my partner's piercing without a hitch. He sat down and explained all of his sterilization processes in detail enough to put our minds at ease even though he was super busy. He made me feel heard and seen. Super professional and clean environment.

Came down from Arkansas on vacation and decided to get some ink. The staff was professional and fun to be around. Even with appointment only, I was able to get in the next day and they even came in an hour early to make sure I got what I wanted and with great quality. It was a cover up Job and the previous is non existent. This will be my go to tattoo shop from now on.

they were very unprofessional. me and my sister was told that we going to be in the chair by 8:20 ,and a little before 8:20 came we told another person was going before us. they had us sitting there for and extra 10 minutes plus more.

Great staff, even better work. Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone. I drove an hour to come here after seeing Jays work on Instagram and I will make the drive every time from now on to have Jay do all my work.

My friend and I visited New Orleans from TN. Love my two tattoos I got here as well as my piercing. My friend also got her tattoo here and loved it. Would definitely go again! Wish jay was in my hometown. Very clean organized and professional.

I got my belly pierced last night for $25. I even tipped the piercer $20 extra, being he was FAST, CLEAN & NEATLY ORGANIZED. However, my piercing came out within 24 hrs. I called & texted the owner SEVERAL hours for an entire day. He never responded to my calls, my texts nor did he respond to my msg on IG. Google states they open @ 2 pm on Sunday. I went at 3 pm, no one was there. And the owner still would not answer his cell phone. I had to go to another tattoo shop (Pigment Tattoo) & they gladly put another jewelry piece through my piercing. He charged me $20, and I tipped him $10. The jewelry they provided was much more beautiful & secure! The jewelry I received at Xclusive Art was way too small & poorly screwed. I mentioned it being too small, when I saw what was being used. And, was told that was all they had at the moment. Had they corrected the problem or even attempted to give good customer service any time today...my rating would have been better.
