The woman her was very rude. My friend and I visited this establiment in hopes of getting a small and thin red circle around of pinkies, and were met with rudeness and attitude. The woman I can only assume to be the "Gretchen" of "Gretchen and Randy's" was over the top with her snarky comment and attitude. Would not come back.

Went for the First time to Gretchen & Randy's shop yesterday 10/6..to get a piercing... Not only was i greeted with some of the friendliest people ive met in Lousiana, but they had me laughing so hard i had tears in my eyes, and they made me feel at home.... I couldnt decide if i wanted my eyebrow re-done or my lip re-done, i ended up going with my lip... It didnt hurt, Gretchen walked me thru all the proper steps, even took the time to listen when i voiced that i didnt like the flat back jewelry, i wanted the ball on the back, n she made sure i got what i wanted... And it came out perfect.. Cant wait til it heals.... Only problem.. I bruise easy..which is not... N i repeat, is not.. Her fault.. But im bruised all to hell n back from it.. They dont affect my thoughts on this shop, nor should it for any one else reading this...i will be going back to see not only her for more piercings but also Randy for some more ink...Thank you for making my first time in Thibodaux, worth it....
