I was referred to them for their "fantastic artists" by a friend. I sent a picture of my grandfather from the 60s and they said they couldn't do it because it wasn't clear enough. You could see facial features and was in good shape for the age and time. They said no. after trying to brighten up the picture via editing I decided to try again and send the picture to them through email, days pass and I am just ignored. Pathetic display of creative ability and just being able to make it happen by eye. Weak sauce.

Venom Ink posted a photo of a friend of mine but in those photos were my 1 year old and due to the negativity and hatred in the post and the thousands of shares the post got I feel uncomfortable with the fact that my son is in these photos. I asked them to take the photo down and they refused and said that the photo with my son it is "public domain." This is an integrity issue. Harassing a customer publicly due to a dispute about the final amount due is extremely inappropriate.
