I made an appointment with Gina ahead of coming in - this was my first visit to Ripp'd Canvas. I was happy with the environment. It was super welcoming.

Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, and after spending about 4 hours in the shop, I have to say everyone was awesome. I felt like the people who worked there were like a big family, and that was super cool.

I also liked how the other artists would come around and compliment Gina on her work, and it seemed like none of the artists suffered from a "rockstar complex." No one was "too good," and it made for a really great experience.

As for the work, Gina SSLLAAYYEEDD. Literally, she took my vision and made it better than I could have ever imagined it. I'm beyond happy. So happy. I'm writing this a couple of weeks out from my tattoo date and I am still giddy over it.

She did the key/water color, my Useful Human text and did something was told was un-doable - and that was to fix the blown out lettering on my wrist tattoos. You can see the before and afters in the photo I posted. Today, now that they're healed, they look brand new, and the lettering is clear as hell. I'm impressed. I literally was told I couldn't get it fixed, that I'd have blown out black lumps forever unless I wanted to do a cover-up.

She proved them wrong. She killed it. And I will 100% be back to Ripp'd Canvas. 100%.

I could not have asked for a better experience! I went as a walk-in and waited no more than 10 minutes for an artist, Jose Vigos to be able to start on my tattoo. Very nice environment and the entire staff was friendly and professional. I love my tattoo and I will definitely be going back and telling everyone to check it out!

Impeccable 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 Got my first tattoo EVER here! The shop and the staff are beautiful. Everybody was so welcoming and chill. Found this place off of Google an hour before I arrived and truthfully my experience was so great, I am considering returning to get more tattoos. Josè hooked me all the wayyy uppp he’s a talented king fr! I got a neck tattoo and it looks amazing and took under 30 minutes. 100/100 recommend this place has great vibes.

Fun and chill shop. Very laid back & open minded environment. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I’ve gotten 3 tattoos so far all done by Dom and he is very talented along with the rest of the artists. Inside is extremely clean and they sell dope clothes. They have books, magazines and a huge tv with Xbox & Netflix in the waiting area. Also a social club, so people do stop in to hang out or just say hi!! Good vibes all around!!

This place is really nice and clean also very nicely decorated I loved it. I got my first tattoo with Ria. She made sure everything was up to my standards.

Absolutely LOVED my experience at Ripp'd Canvas! Called 30 minutes before arriving and while on the phone, I could tell how awesome the people who were working at the shop were. When I arrived I was immediately welcomed and felt at home! The guy who did my tattoo, José, was so nice, and did an amazing job on my tattoo, even remembered me from calling earlier. The tattoo I got is now my official favorite tattoo on my body, and I'm so happy I chose to go to Ripp'd Canvas!!!! 10/10 recommend coming here, you won't regret! This wont be the last time I get a tattoo from here!

I could not have had a better experience. I was told that Dom Carter is the “Fine Line Tattoo Master,” and trust and believe, that IS. NOT. an oversell. Not only is he an incredible artist, but he has got to be one of the most patient human beings on the planet when it comes to dealing with clients :-).

Everyone was so welcoming, and the shop is immaculate. Whether this is your first tattoo or your entire body is a canvas, these artists are EVERYTHING.

Francis is completely astounding!! Most meticulous, highly focused and 100% recommended artist!!! Absolutely amazing work!!!! All of their artists are friendly and personable!! Location is in good area of Baltimore and easy to find/walk to from stadiums and hotels!

Got a coverup tatt up from Dom ... ran across the page online after I was initially trying to set a appointment with another tattoo artist at another parlor but the wait was too long . I took a chance and it was well worth it . I'm going next wek for a portrait .. Dom is definitely like that 💯

To start off I’ve being getting tattooed for as long as I’ve been able too (16) I’ve been to multiple different artists over the years but I’ve never been to an artist I’ve liked as much as Chris Mallos. Can Chris not only deliver a flawless tattoos but he’s a great person. I really appreciate the fact that he’s not only a tattoo artist but he’s an artist as well, everyone at rip’pd canvas is! Hands down the best studio I’ve ever been to. Chris can also do beautiful lasting color work on anyone which can sometimes be difficult to achieve so if you’re a poc like me I highly recommend ripp’d canvas as well if you want bold/vibrant work that stays.
