Went to get my nose periced. The lady who did my piercing was sooo nice she made me feel comfortable and was very professional. The pain was a 3 at the most. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Not very courteous like the Crofton location...went in to buy a replacement nose ring...first quoted one price then another....I got the vibe that I wasn't really welcomed...it was really weird. The lady offered to upsell and asked if I wanted to purchase 2...I was still in the valley of decision..but beside the point, I wasn't satisfied with my purchase. I had a change of mind immediately after and wanted to change styles. I didn't touch the nose piercing but she did with her bare hands..I wasn't allowed to exchange. I don't understand. I should have went straight to Crofton...smh. Won't return to suitland AT All!!! When you make a purchase..you should feel satisfied..not weird and unwelcome. How do you do that to my type of demographics when you are clearly surrounded by just that clientele? As I walked out I felt nothing but buyers remorse and cold stares...very unhappy😞😡😡😡😡😡

Since Joe left my experience hasn't been the same. I showed them a beautiful picture which they said they could do, but when it came time to put their words to action all I got from Rico was other alternatives.so I asked if someone else could do it. I sat for two hour today and both drawings were as if he didn't even look at the picture. With that said. I will not be back. Thanks for nothing Red can't say octopus because no one has those drawing hands, or no one I dealt with.
