I went with a friend to get a piercing while she got tattooed I ended up with 9 new piercings! I love every single one and Sev was super cool! I’m definitely going back once my piercings heal for the new jewelry. The next day I had an appointment with Bambi for a tattoo she did excellent and I love it so much! She was easy to talk to and really understood what I wanted. She worked extra hard to make sure the piece fit and looked perfect. He detailing is amazing as well! I have another consult with her at the end of august and I want to get all my tattoos from her!

my friend makenzi is a super talented apprentice here and always delivers on their designs and execution. i’ve gotten ten tattoos by them so far and can’t wait to go back for more. the shop and other artists are super nice and cool as well. great environment and good people. have brought a couple friends here as well and they have nothing but good things to say.

So happy with my experience here. My two sisters and I wanted to get a group tattoo. We were able to schedule the appointment and send our reference pictures for our designs over Instagram. Lexi showed us our designs when we got there and worked with us to make a few modifications, then she just rolled through our tattoos one by one. She was so cool and patient and easy to work with, and the tattoos look incredible. We were there just over 3 hours, I think, which i think is pretty good time for 3 tattoos. Would absolutely recommend Lexi!

We went today to get our 8 year old daughter's ears pierced. Sev did a fantastic job talking us through the process and helping guide our daughter through the piercing. We highly recommend this shop!

Myself and my husband walked in to see about getting matching tattoos yesterday. They fit us right in the schedule same day, without any problems. First impression was how clean that place was. I have never been to a tattoo shop so clean. One of the piercer met with us to get paper work done and was so extremely nice. The whole atmosphere was amazing. Bambi did our tattoos and was so knowledgeable about tattooing hands and the healing process. So took her time to make sure it was placed perfect. Even though it was after hours, we did not feel rushed nor did she rush. She was so friendly. Everyone we spoke with there was friendly and welcoming and that's really hard to find at a tattoo place. We didn't feel like they are all about money but about making sure their clients are happy with their work. I cant say enough about how well the experience was. We will definitely be coming back for more.

My brother and I scheduled appointments to get tattoos in honor of our dad. The studio is super clean and the staff was WONDERFUL! The artist we worked with was kind, accommodating, and patient working with us while developing our tattoos. I would definitely recommend this shop and go again myself!

So I was recommended this shop by a friend and all her work is sick so I was really really excited. I booked an appointment for May 14th about a month in advance. I showed up the day of my appointment and the shop door is opened and unlocked, but all the lights are off and no one is there. I called the shop a few times thinking maybe someone was on break since my appointment was around lunch time. No one answered. I waited 15 minutes before another client showed up and was just as confused. I ended up messaging their Instagram just to make sure everyone was okay. I received a reply two days later saying that all the artists had gone to the tattoo convention in Baltimore that weekend. I was annoyed because I had received emails leading up to the appointment confirming my date and time, but suddenly no one was going to be in the shop? They apologised and asked who the artists was. I let them know I was supposed to be working with Nick and they assured me that he would reach out and get me rebooked.

It’s been two months and I have not heard from Nick, the shop, or anyone associated with the shop to even say something like, “Nick is unavailable and I’ll be more than happy to help.” Nothing. This shop is completely unprofessional and as excited as I was to work with them, I am now looking for another shop that will actually keep their clients updated and let them know when they are unable to provide the service they booked.

Went here for my very first tattoo and the service was wonderful. The tattoo healed perfectly and they designed it beautifully.

I came to Jules with a very specific request. She nailed it 110 percent. Will def be back. Very clean shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I am more than happy with my results!!
