Great tattoo place! Staff is very friendly and gives really good advice with placement and designs of tattoos. Me and best friend got matching tattoos from James and the work was so good, we immediately got more work done. Was also viewing other artists work and they know what they're doing at RX!

Absolutely Awesome shop! They offer a limo service from Ocean City Maryland to the Salisbury shop which is unheard of! Mike is awesome he spiced up the simple tattoo I wanted without me asking but asked if it was ok to do beforehand! Amazing to talk to awesome to work with! Definitely will return next time im in Ocean City!

Just finished my tattoo with Mike, it came out way better than expected. Very professional, very clean, very comfortable environment. Wife came in for a tongue piercing, unfortunately no one was available to pierce but they were more than accommodating to offer other options which I took advantage of in getting an awesome tattoo. Definitely recommend anyone who’s in OCMD to get a tattoo or piercing at RX tattoo piercing.

Had Mike as my artist!! He was very intricate and understanding when it came to twitching and pain tolerance. His shading was also amazing and his attention to detail was killer for how small the tattoo is. Would go back there a million times if I lived closer!!!

Ree, the piercing lady, did an awesome job on my nipple piercings. She was great from the time we walked in the door, during the process and even after! She made sure we were completely satisfied with everything! Would definitely recommend!

I’ve gone there for a tattoo and a piercings! The staff is amazing, the enviroment is wonderful and so clean. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a tattoo shop and I’ve been to 4 of them. Josh Cole pierced my nipples and did my hummingbird tattoo and it all turned out amazing. He was very patient with me and made sure that I was okay during both processes. He helped me design and choose my tattoo. All of the other artist have done great work on friends of mine & it all looks great. If anyone has any type of issues they think may have occurred with anything they’ve gotten there they will gladly bring you in to make sure everything was done properly and cared for properly without any hesitation! If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, friendly tattoo shop this is the one to be at! Shout out to the RX crew for always fulfilling my tattoo/piercing needs you guys are amazing! Ps I’m digging the new shop!!
