Horseshoes and Hand Grenades Tattoo

I had the most wonderful experience. I have been contemplating getting my eye brows micro bladed for a long time, as my eyebrows (or lack there of) were always a huge insecurity of mine. Kelly took the time to answer every question I had, walk me through the process before hand, was very meticulous in the mapping process and made sure everything was perfect and that I loved it. I can’t say enough how grateful I am of Kelly and her amazing work. She has boosted my confidence and went above and beyond my expectations! If you are even slightly considering getting your brows done, contact her!!!! I promise you won’t regret it.

I've had multiple tattoos done by Sarah and I can't speak highly enough of her work and professionalism. She is prompt, and always ready as soon as I arrive for my appointment. Sarah is so personable and easy to talk to, and makes sure your tattoo is what you want but, gives great advice with placement and ideas as well. Would highly recommend!

So, being someone who has few tattoos and not super versed in tattoo culture, I’ve always felt a bit intimidated/shy when looking for the right tattoo shop and artist. SO GLAD I found HS&HG. They were everything I was looking for in a tattoo shop. Very clean. Very friendly people. I totally trust them. Andy is an INCREDIBLE artist, and to top it off, professional and accommodating. I contacted Sarah and Andy for a cover up tattoo that was by far a very tricky request. It was important I chose an experienced and talented artist who could match my vision on what I was trying to get done all while also covering an old and pretty large tattoo. I walked into the shop the day of my appointment and Andy had the perfect drawing ready and covered it up perfectly. I cannot believe how nicely it came out and how nicely it healed as well. I appreciate all of the time he took to make it happen and I do not plan to contact any other artists in the future besides him.

I am very picky when it comes to tattoos. I have a specific style that I want on my body and Horseshoes & Hand Grenades has accommodated me since my very first tattoo. Though my original artist no longer works at this location, I have not strayed from this shop. When you find a forever shop, you’ve found a forever shop. Sarah is my artist and she has always welcomed me and my creative ideas into the space. She is so talented, genuine, funny and supportive of all ideas. She really makes the process of getting a tattoo a wonderful one. When getting tattooed, you’re often in a very vulnerable state, regardless of placement. At HSHG the atmosphere is one that makes you feel comfortable — whether it’s the other artists sharing their own funny encounters or the calming grey walls which open up the room. I am very happy to wear art from this shop, and I am always proud to tell people where I get my work done. I had a great experience at Horseshoes and Hand Grenades in Chicopee, MA. Justin was professional, courteous, and most importantly, he designed an incredible tattoo. The pricing was also excellent given the quality of the tattoo that I received. I loved everything about my experience even the name of The Parlor! The owner is really cool and nice and I now consider them my go-to shop!
