Beyond exceptional! Me and my family were visiting Plymouth and I wanted to get a tattoo to remind me every day about how much fun we had in Massachusetts. (Its still healing so ignore the shiny) anyways, I called probably 5 different tattoo shops and no one was able to squeeze me in... then I finally found blue jacket. The ladies here were so friendly and understanding. They had me come right in! The tattoo itself only took about 15 mins and I had zero discomfort. Emily did my tattoo and she was super sweet and personable as well as perfessional. I highly recommend this place and the next time we visit i plan on scheduling another piece.

I don't think 5 stars is enough for the experience you get here. As soon as I booked my consultation I got an email back immediately from Jon. He is super responsive and a tell it as it is type guy- which we loved! I of course was super nervous of course but Jon completely put my mind at ease with the process and was very knowledgeable about it! Exactly what he told me is exactly what happened with aftercare, itchy, red swollen.. all things I expected because he told me that would happen so I wasn't worried when it did! Although I've only had one treatment (anxiously awaiting the next already!) I have complete faith that Jon will continue to exceed my standards on how tattoo removal should be. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and hospitality I received and I'm looking forward to more treatments. Thank you Jon.. for being you!

LOOK NO MORE THIS IS THE PLCE TO GET TATTOOS! I promise it will be the best experience from the receptionist making you feel like a friend and confidant, to the waiting area being comfortable and big, to the artists who not only have the tattoo come out fantastic but they go above and beyond! MARCEL IS THE MAN! This is my second tattoo from him not yet finished and I can’t express how amazing the work is and how light of a feel he has. Makes me cry how happy I am looking at my tattoos thank you marcel. If you wan quality work go here!

I recommend Jonathan to anyone that's looking to get a tattoo removed. He is very knowledgeable and explains the removal process in detail so you know exactly what to expect. After doing some research and price matching, I found Jonathans shop had the lowest quotes around. His business is very professional and clean. His equipment is top of the line. We sat down and he explained how the process works and I was eager to get going. I will certainly be referring this business to others.

Just had my first appointment. I wish I had gone sooner. I tried tattoo removal in the past at a different company and man was it painful! I went there about 5-6 times and wasn’t getting results so I stopped. Jon took the time to explain things and this process was far less painful. I’m glad I went and I’ll try to remember to update in the future regarding results.
