I have gotten work done by Hal, Shenise, and Gianna and they are all SO WONDERFUL! Such nice people, such a fun and comfortable environment to be in. I would and will go back to any of these lovely ladies, and look forward to it! The sketches and art they create is so spot on and I could not be happier.

Everyone here has tattooed me at least once now! I love all of them. They are a safe place for anyone who wants to get a tattoo, they are warm and inviting and you feel well taken care of when you are with them.

Unfortunately I had a poor customer service experience with this business. I had booked tattoo appointments for my sister and myself with a guest artist. As recommended from the shop’s directions on Instagram, I booked the appointment via direct message with the artist in June. I paid my deposit in June and confirmed the appointment in July. Tonight we showed up at our appointment time and we were told they had double booked the appointment and could no longer do our tattoos. They refunded my deposit but I had gotten a babysitter and drove 1.5 hours for this appointment. Needless to say, very disappointing. I had been so excited about getting a tattoo here.
Update: Coming back to update my review to 5 stars. Would be 10 if I could! Shenise went out of her way to rectify the situation! She did our tattoos today, did an amazing job and was such a nice person! I’ve been wanting this tattoo for years and it came out perfect. I will absolutely come back again. Thank you so much for being a kind human, Shenise!

Maara was amazing and I loved the tattoos she did for me! She was very kind and made sure you were comfortable. Booking the tattoo was extremely easy by using the request form and finding time on her calendar (which is great for anyone who hates calling). I got a tulip tattoo on my thigh and it came out perfectly! Definitely recommend the Fox & Fable, especially if you get tattooed by Maara!

I have over 7+ fine line tattoos and they’ve never faded or needed touching up- my recent 2 tattoos from this shop have almost completely faded and they don’t offer touch ups after a month of getting it done, other artists I’ve worked with have offered free touchups for 10+ years not so happy with the results. Went back through my messages and saw no mention of a 30 day period for my touchups- as i said before with 10 other artists I’ve worked with they offer free touchups for 10 years+ and i have tattoos in the same location that hasn’t faded from other artists. Owner mentioned that I sent people to harass them but have absolutely no idea what they are talking about I have no problem with them selling crystals as it’s a growing market. The problem isn’t the crystals it’s the tattoos

I had Gianna tattoo two pieces, one on each forearm. The shop is clean and welcoming with a cool witchy arty vibe and LGBTQ friendly. Gianna had prepared some drawings based on what I submitted through the jotform appointment request (so make sure your reference art is close to what you want!) and mocked up templates in a few sizes for place. She was detail oriented about making the placement symmetrical and the sizes of my tattoo pairings were perfect. Her line work is tight and she’s pretty quick, faster than her quoted time. I had such a great time and can’t wait to go back!

This shop is awesome and all of their artists are super talented! I have been getting repeat work from Gianna and Halisha and both of them have been knocking every design out of the park. Scheduling and booking appointments are super easy also. Highly recommend
