Called ahead and Was told an hour wait, was strung along for 2 additional hours being told "15 more mins until you see your artist" and finally just left... with no tattoo, horrible customer service.

I did one of their special discount days. I learned that even though I was the first in the parking lot means nothing. You have to go inside to be in line even though the place opened at noon.

Getting a new tatt on feb 1st can't wait rte 38 is easy to explain what I want and I know it will be done right
