Great experience! Super clean, on time appointment. Paco was very sweet. My mother and I went to get tattoos together. It was her first tattoo and she is 59, she was nervous and he was very comforting. He did exactly what we asked for, reasonable pricing, and we are both very happy.

No I set an appointment with an artist of yours for my birthday. A artist who had previously done a piece on me that I've yet to be able to get touched up because they've bounced around so much. We scheduled the appointment about 3 week prior. We discussed tattoo ideas/placement for my spouse and I. We were planning on spending >$1000 for the two tattoos as we'd both sent . The artist reached out two days prior after we'd already confirmed and canceled the appointment as well as messaged saying that because we didn't message back 3 days prior that we were no longer aloud to book with them. They totally ruined my birthday and tattoo plans. I know looking back i probably should've booked through your website but the artist wasn't listed.
This review is solely on professionalism and ability to book appointments.

Today I was able to make one of my wishes come true: getting my first tattoo. I've been carefully planning for this tattoo, and with the help of Rob, the plan has become a reality. Superb work, excellent conversation, and strong commitment for excellence! Now I know who I'll be going to for my next tattoo- and there will be many!! 😁

Hourglass Ink is simply Stellar! The staff is very courteous and they take the time to work with you to determine which artist would be best suited for the job. The shop is extremely clean too.

I went to Hourglass to see about a very challenging cover up job that other artists did not want to touch. I ended up working with Rob and he is an amazing artist. I provided him with a few design elements that I was looking for, and in turn, he designed a killer custom design that was exactly what I was looking for.

I'm about 2/3 through this cover tattoo and I could not be happier. The new cover tatt Rob designed and inked looks jaw dropping (and the old tattoo is no longer visible!).

I look forward to completing this piece and then on to the next with Hourglass Ink.

Let me start by saying that I'm not a big review writing type of guy, wrote two in ten years both negative about poor products. That being said I couldn't be happier with the work Amber is doing for me, she took my idea with a few references that I wanted incoporated into the tattoo and she created a piece for me around my existing tattoo's that is so much better than I could have ever imagined. The tattoo isn't even complete yet and I have received many compliments for the tattoo and the great color that's is in it. (Thanks again Amber)

Clean, but the customer service sucks... Was there getting a sleeve done and halfway through the sleeve my artist stopped working there. Nobody ever called and told me that she had left. They said they did not have my number and that the paperwork I fill out when I go there every time, which includes my phone number, they do not keep on file. So the day before my scheduled appointment with my artist I went to get my $70 deposit I had left to book her. Rob the owner told me that deposits are non refundable.. Now I can understand that if this was something that I had done.. like not shown up for my appointment.. but this was something that had nothing to do with me. I put that $70 deposit down for the artist that i wanted to work on me. He said its not his problem and I was out of luck. I have been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and never been so disrespected from a business owner, or anybody is this line of work. POOR customer service skills.. now over $70 you lost all of my future business, and I will never recomend you to anybody... Clearly you NEED the $70 more than I do.

Called up last minute looking to get some work done to an unfinished sleeve project. Jack had an opening right away and got me right in. He was really cool and easy to work with. Place was very clean and everyone was nice. Good work for competitive rates. I would recommend this place

Not the same without Amber. Only went back to receive another tattoo from Amber. Had gift certificate needed to use, not happy with tattoo, very expensive, not very professional, took advantage of me, feel like they jacked up price because I had a gift certificate. Will never go back!

Awesome experience! Shop was so clean you would think they just opened. Everyone was friendly, i got an amazing tattoo and some good conversation. Can't wait to go back!
