Every visit I make to Red Arrow Tattoo is one for the books. They always have the most positive mentality. Always wanting to tattoo more people. They always do such an amazing job. Josh is 100% the reason I drive 5.5 hours one way every time from Chicago, and he is the reason I will keep driving 5.5 hours for tattoos! Keep up the great work Josh!

Josh has done most of my tattoos and I cannot wait to work with him again. He is amazing at working with a concept of what you are looking for, or at coming up with something the day of! His ability to stencil or just to draw directly on the area free hand are equally impressive. He does beautiful linework and color pieces, is patient, fun to talk with, and insanely talented. He truly cares about the experience provided as well as you as a person. Do yourself a favor and hit up his shop!

Josh is without a doubt the most talented tattoo artist I’ve ever met! All of my tattoos that he’s done are stunningly beautiful. He makes sure that you get exactly what you want as far as the actual design, size and colors go. He has a very good eye for knowing what placement would suit your specific tattoo best. He’s also amazing at freehand! He freehanded my beach scene tattoo and my mandala, it’s so symmetrical it’s insane.. that just goes to show how talented of an artist he is. Seriously no one else I would rather get tattooed by! Josh always makes my ideas come to life so much better than I had ever expected or envisioned. 10/10 would recommend.

I cannot recommend this tattoo collective enough. I have been getting tattooed by Josh for many years and plan on having him complete a full sleeve for me. I love his work; the colors are vibrant and blended flawlessly. His line work is crisp and always on point. And this new tattoo shop is STUNNING! Very modern with a twist that makes you feel comfortable and not feel like you are sitting in a grungy and dirty shop. Please, if you are looking to get a tattoo, go see Josh and his crew at Red Arrow! You won't be disappointed.

Had a great experience with Josh. He was very patient with my son (his first tattoo). He explained everything very thoroughly before, during and after. Had great ideas while drawing up the tattoo also. Highly recommend!!!!

Not going to even try to go here anymore. I've emailed them multiple times withing the last 7 months. And filled out the consultation form on THEIR WESBITE. The only thing I've ever heard back was that the book month to month and that's its first come first serve and that they only book for the next month on the first of that month then they said to email them again on the 1st. Well I have and they tell me the same thing every time. Stop shopping with these "artists" who have businesses for the clout and go find yourself a great artist that genuinely cares about you and your tattoos instead of just the money they get.

Josh, the owner of Red Arrow, has an incredible ability to understand what you’re looking for and turn in into an amazing tattoo. He has done some of the best and most meaningful tattoos on me. He’s not the only tattoo artist I go to, but he is the only one I’m willing to drive 5 hours for.

Ps. I don’t know what material the shirts he sells are made out of but easily the softest one I own now!

I was looking for a tattoo parlor and came across Red Arrow Collective after doing tons of research online. They stuck out to me and so I decided to to an online consultation. I'm so glad that I did. Allison, I believe is her name, who handled the email and scheduling was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Once I got to my appointment I met Josh Legend. Let me tell you, this guy is awesome. He takes pride in what he does. He was great to talk to. At times I forgot he was even giving me a tattoo because the conversation was awesome. I felt like I was talking to a friend who I've known for a while.

The shop is not dirty and dingy like some places I've been too. Josh was super clean, his shop was super clean and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming.

I sent an idea of my tattoo and said this is what I want. Josh took my design and literally made it better than what I wanted. The entire process was super easy and comforting and I swear there were only a couple times it hurt while he was giving me my tattoo.

He was even able to fit in a smaller tattoo design I was wanting and literally saved me from getting the wrong lettering by making sure to quicky research what I was asking for. I feel he went above and beyond what any other artist would have done.

I've had three other tattoos before this visit from different shops in the area and those were all bad experiences. I'm happy to say that this was the first great experience I've had getting a tattoo. Not only did he do a great job with my tattoos, he and his receptionistbdid a great job with the whole process. I'd definitely go back and I'd never think of going anywhere else.

This is the one and only place to go for a great experience and a great high level tattoo.

Absolutely amazing. Not only is the tattoo fantastic quality, but the overall feel of the shop is friendly with cool things to look at and friendly talk from Josh and matt.

I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted and wasn't even sure of. And 20 minutes later, Josh has a tattoo drawn up that's more than I could have asked for, all for an amazing deal. And he was diligent with his time. Not taking a bunch of breaks or running up the clock to charge more time.

I'll absolutely be back for him to continue my tattoos.
