Have gotten about 12 tattoos here, love this place! Clean work, always on time or a bit early, great price for quality, and get exactly what I ask for with advice from the artists that has only made my tattoos even better. I recommend to anyone that asks.

Rachael is great for piercings! She doesn't rush and makes sure you are satisfied with placement of piercing. She is friendly and engaging, great people person.

After going here on two occasions for tattoos I will never return, but for piercings I would. One artist in particular was disrespectful, and did not do great work. When I pointed out the flaws he made rude remarks basically telling me I was wrong. My line work was not straight and my shading went outside of the lines. This has now caused me to see another artist to get a touch up done. Heavily dissatisfied.
As far as piercings go I would return, if I ever needed another one my piercer was great. Very polite, nice, and did an amazing job.

Both Rachael and her dad pierced my ears, my problem though is that Rachael did my right ear and her dad did my left, a few weeks after getting my ears done my right ear was still bothering me, so I took the piercings out and looked at the back of my right ear, when I did I saw a quite decent bubble that was sitting under the backing of the earring she gave me. I had my stepdad pop it and it was full of blood, pus, and almost a water type substance ( sorry for being graphic ) I couldn’t wear an earring there for a while and decided to let those holes close, and about a month ago, several months after Rachael, I got them repierced at a place called Eternals in Livonia, the guy who redid them did a fabulous job and I haven’t had any problems. If you do not want an infected ear, I highly suggest that you don’t let Rachael pierce you

I went to get my first tattoo of my favorite B-25 Mitchell Bomber and got an appointment with Keith since my coworker suggested him since he got a full sleeve done by him. Keith did a fantastic job! He was super friendly, very precise, and I would definitely go again for my future tattoos. Saving up for my next one now!
