Doesn't matter if you are walking in with 100% virgin skin or if you are 99% covered - Keep your mind open & when everyone here smiles at you, smile back. Everyone you meet inside are genuinely THAT friendly, patient, and professional. This is a small town shop with a welcoming small town friendliness that has managed to also bring big city quality & skill variety into the mix without the big city prices or attitudes. I would travel several hundred miles to enjoy my experience here.

I have came to perfect for about 7 years now for piercings and tattoos. Everyone here has done exactly what I wanted to the best of their abilities (some of my tattoos were done by an apprentice). Even the apprentices do an amazing job.

My sister and I went in to get simple flower matching tattoos, we came in to inquire about pricing, we showed him what we wanted and he quoted us 60-80 which we were fine with. Then we said something about the wording going under instead of on top and he said oh I didn't quote the words in the price so we decided we did not need the wording because that would be ridiculously priced. So then he went to the computer to look for our flowers and pulled up something that looked like a 5year old drew it and said that was "the best i could give you for 40 bucks since i assume your looking for cheap tattoos". Thats not what we said. He found a different flower that we decided was pretty. He was rude and treated us like we were idiots from the start. During the tattoo process he interrupted our conversation multiple times and basically told my sister she was wrong. After my tattoo was done and he was working on my sisters he was slightly less of an a**hole probably because he realized he had done an absolutely atrocious job on our simple tattoos. We were treated with disrespect and the place smelled of weed. He then told us not to tag him on fb in the artwork he had done because he gets tired of people tagging him in small tats when in reality it was because he did a TERRIBLE job. Just an all around awful experience.

I was planning on getting a tattoo yesterday. When I walked in, they were helping a group of girls, so I wasn't greeted. Not a huge deal, but after standing there for 20+ minutes and not one word was said to me, I ended up just walking out. Really poor customer service.

These guys are so amazing, especially Phil! I've gotten all 8 tattoos here and can't imagine getting more anywhere else. I drive 3 hours just for these guys.
