I called four times and on different days to check their piercing prices or if they did piercings (since piercings is listed in their services). No one picked up the phone (later came to find out there is no shop phone). But I went there anyways like a dummy, and the guy who answered the door was really nice and explained to me that they don’t do piercings, even though it’s listed in the services. I ended up going to the morang location and they did a great job, but I wish they had a shop phone or took piercings off their services page.

This review is specifically for Bree Sinclair. After scheduling with this artist at the suggestion of a friend, I booked in December for an appointment for 3/28. I was told sketches of my tattoo would be sent to me the week before. I had nothing less than 24hours before my appointment. Once I received my sketch, it was not what I asked for (completely wrong song lyric). Mistakes happen, no big deal. After sending an email describing what I was looking for AND a phone call that also described what I was looking for, I still received something I wasn't happy with. Closer to what I wanted but not quite. I was told she would tweak the image two more times before refunding my deposit and sending me to someone else. I sent her one iteration (not the two that she promised) back and received a cancellation and only 50% of the money I paid. Considering the first iteration wasn't even what I asked for and was given 2 more chances for only which 1 was given, a 50% refund is not ok. I tried calling the Motown Tattoo phone number only to be immediately sent to a full voicemail inbox. I was looking forward to supporting this artist and was left with not only months of my time wasted, but my money stolen. So BEWARE! I would suggest taking your money and business elsewhere!
