Very clean place in the heart of Gaylord, Michigan.
From the moment that you walk in, you'll be greeted by friendly staff, great music, people laughing, awesome things to look at, art and clothing for sale, and the all familiar buzzing sound from a few people getting one of a kind tattoos.
This may be a small older town, but don't let that fool you. I've been to some tattoo shops from Los Angeles California to ohio and Michigan and this is one of the highest quality shops I've seen. My last tattoo was worth the 3-hour drive.
It is a touch pricey, however as the sign says "you get what you pay for", and I agree. Don't settle for Bargain Basement prices on artwork you're going to have the rest of your life. Art galleries are not filled with Dime Store photos, your skin shouldn't be either.
**Another reason to go there is it seems like they always donate causes such as breast cancer and other local charities.
The reason I feel that this review requires this much of an extensive amount of info, is what you'll find out when you walk in.
Schedule now and tell them Reviewer Rick from Grand Rapids sent ya.

Friend and I went last minute. We each got multiple tattoos, we were afraid we wouldn’t catch the last ferry. Was worried the artist would be rushed and not turn out great. Well I have to say, best tattoo experience. He was informative, and he was patient. Tattoos turned out amazing. I would definitely travel the 6 hours from home just to come here for another tattoo.

Got a wedding ring tattoo when we got married. Artist named Brandon did it. My wife got one also. Brandon worked at his own shop in Gaylord called Spy Tattoo but has moved to Paragon Ink. They're shop is amazing. There are at least 4 artists working at pretty much any given time. They also sell jewelry, art, piercing merchandise, etc. Definitely check it out if you are part of the counter culture.

Paragon Ink is the only tattoo shop my husband and I will ever go too. It's an awesome environment and all the guys know how to do amazing work. It doesn't matter if it is a small quick tattoo or a full sleeve, they take their time and care about their client. Dusty did my husband's full sleeve tattoo and back piece and you would you are looking at an actual painting. Amazing Work.

Love it. I'm always in there when I stay in Gaylord. 17 tats, like 20 times being pierced. Just got another one this morning. Clean shop, amazing staff, fun owner, wonderful atmosphere. GET IN THERE, you won't regret it!

Went in yesterday to get a half sleeve, it was my first ever tattoo experience so I was a little nervous but my artist, Nigel, was super cool from the momemt I stepped in the store to the moment I left. Really great, comfortable experience overall and my tattoo came out amazing, great store, great staff, great ink!

Very clean and sanitary environment, they are nice people. Can be a waiting list to get work done and I don't believe they accept walkins (could be wrong though). Gotten 3/4 of my tattoos from artists that work/have worked here.
