I can't rave about this place enough. Elyria is just such a gem, so sweet, down to earth, and professional. Always a good time when I'm here, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else honestly. Through and through I wouldn't want to give my business to anyone else!

Horrible, offensive service. I called for an appointment and when I arrived I was harassed by the entire staff and was actually accused of being the police. They raised the price that I was quoted over the phone and when I agreed they told me to "Leave with your money". They are obviously doing something illegal. Apparently the police had been there earlier that day and just because I came in after (I had had no idea the police had been there) they assumed that I was also the police. I see other reviews on here where people had great experiences. I was not one of those people. I was treated horribly and did not deserve that kind of treatment.

Went here so my friend could get a tattoo, it healed and now he loves it, we had a good conversation with the employees here and had a good experience. The photo is only halfway done because I don't have a photo of the fully done one

Great experience, went in for some needle therapy had deep talks everyone was very professional and kind and the talent is parallel to none
