I'm a grandma - not a biker grandma, a cookies and milk kind of grandma, but I needed a photo realistic style butterfly to signify transformation. It had to look like it was almost ready to fly off my arm. I got all that I wanted and more at The Tattoo Shop. Kevin was my Ink Master, and he was kind, gentle, talented, and is going to do another tattoo for me in the future. I would highly recommend this shop. It's clean, they play great music, and they have impeccable manners and talent.

Paul does really good work, I've been three times in the past couple of months, we are working on a sleeve. Highly recommend him. Super nice guy and reasonably priced. Make sure to schedule an appointment because he can be booked out a couple of weeks

Tried to get a consolation done and went up at 8pm as Google says they're open until 11. Closed. I called the next day to ask their hours and it's 12-8pm so I try to come in at 7:15pm. Closed again. I'm done even trying with these people. This is ridiculously unprofessional.

The artist was was super respectful and explained exactly what was going on in the process and what the next step would be, which I appreciated and was able to learn for next time. I am here on vacation so I called ahead to make an appointment for tattoos with some of my friends. They told me that Jay would come in on a day they are normally closed to accommodate that some of us were from out of town. We waited an hour and our artist never showed up. During that time we messaged Jay on all of his social media platforms and were never responded to. We could have gone to anywhere else that was open, and I wasted a vacation day waiting for an artist that didn't even show.
