Can't even begin to explain the level of professionalism here. I had my daughter for 5 days over spring break from downstate and she had just had her 7th. birthday party. I gave her some dollar store earrings as part of her birthday present as a sort of hint to getting her ears pierced. She has been talking about wanting her ears pierced for a year or so but she was hesitant, for obvious reasons. I mean what kid actually wants to volunteer to be impaled with a needle?? My daughter!! We packed her clothes in the car to make the trip back to her mom's house 5 and a half hours away but she wanted her ears pierced before she went home. I called the owner Chris, of Aurora Piercing and he politely informed me that they were booked solid until the following week and as the dad of a little blonde hair, blue eyed girl my heart broke. I told Chris that wouldn't work because she was headed back to her mom's but I appreciate his time. This was right around noon on a Friday, their busiest day and Chris says we will see you at 2:00, I will squeeze her in. He didn't have to do that. I didn't ask him to. Im pretty sure it meant a lot more to me than it did my daughter! A few tears later and her ears were pierced with a pair of top notch aquamarine gemstone studs that my daughter picked out from Auroras' selection. Thanks again Chris. You're the best!!

Very friendly and sterile environment. Chris seems very experienced and makes you feel welcome. I've been getting pierced by him for 4 years now and have had zero issues. Also really good prices for everything that comes included!

Chris is amazing! He has done several of my piercings. Once he did one, I always went back. He’s a wonderful example of a hardworking person running a locally owned business. He is passionate and knowledgeable. And does great work!

I went in for a ear stretching and the person who received me was a little quiet but ok. When I got with the person who was doing the work he was professional and knew his craft. They unfortunately did not have the tool to remove them but they went out of their way to accommodate me found a way and made it happen so when we had a plan b for me i had another ear piercing done and they took care of me made sure everything was perfect before they would let me leave go there you will be glad you did.

Just about the friendliest staff in the world! They certainly maintain a sense of professionalism that you don't get with most piercing places. Jewelry can be a little pricey, but everything is of high quality.

You're going to be paying an obscene amount when you come here. But why am I giving it five stars? Because every penny is worth it. You're getting a safe, professional piercing and very high quality jewelry. If you make the leap to come here once, I can guarantee they'll end up being your exclusive piercer in the greater UP area. Don't pass this place up. Trust me on this one.

Chris is a master of his trade. I will definitely be going back for more piercings!! He was ever so gentle with my dydoes and fernum piercings 😂😆😂!!! Also got my nipples and septum pierced!!! The jewelry is of good quality and has a lifetime warranty!!! You can get any color s you want I love this place!!!

I just got a set of piercings done and I was so happy with how professional Chris was. He put me at ease when I was nervous, was very helpful in answering my questions, and the studio was very clean. I would recommend this shop for anyone in doubt about where to go.

I will absolutely never go anywhere but here for piercings or jewelry. The owner is so professional and polite. I've had three done by him and he always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. He goes above and beyond to make sure I know whats going on. The jewlery is top quality. I have super sensitive skin and u have never had any sort of infection or problems healing. He changes/takes out jewlery free of charge and is super helpful. I've stopped in with questions about piercings and healing and he always answers and makes sure I understand. The shop is clean and the staff is amazing as well. The prices are kind of high, but well worth it. Love this place. I don't know what I will do if i leave the area. Can't reccomend it enough!
