I feel awful because I can’t for the life of me remember my artists name but he did a fantastic job he was the first artist I’ve had who explained exactly how tattoos work from the parts of the guns to how they stay on your skin I had so many questions and not once did he belittle me for asking he was truly amazing & he talked to me throughout the whole thing just about life and the world today.. always refreshing to have real conversation with someone and not just chit chat!!! This place was not overpriced in my opinion and he was very open about the pricing before he started the tattoo.. if anyone knows his name please share! He was tall with brown hair in a ponytail he did “love endlessly” and “1 Corinthians” on my arm. Really happy and impressed! Will update after it heals completely oh & not to mention I walked in while he was eating lunch and he let me join him to talk about placement and pricing ... a genuinely friendly man! Love

My fiance and I both went in greeted very friendly by staff, was In and out in a timely fashion, price was reasonable. The artist both were very nice and did a wonderful job on are tattoos. Will definitely go back 😊.

I got my daith pierced here but the hoop she put in was too small. I went to another shop to change it out for a bigger one and the guy laughed at the piercing because it wasn't even in the right place. I had him take it out. The piercings are super cheap here and there's a reason for it...

Got my nose pierced! The staff was very friendly and the shop was very clean. Fast and mostly (😉) painless! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for piercings!

I've had work done by both, Eric and Jesse. Jesse did the watercolor floral tattoo on my arm and shoulder (the one Eric did is solid black and small) and I really couldn't be happier. Great work, great environment, down to earth guy!! Clean area, everything explained, affordable and the tatt is healing nicely!! I highly recommend Evolved ArtForms!!!!

I got my lip done, extremely nervous because the chick acted like she didn’t know what she was doing but she pierced it good. I have a fat bottom lip and I told her I’d need a longer bar for swelling and she didn’t listen so now the jewel is in my lip and I have to find somewhere to fix it or see if they will give me a longer one like I said before
