I set up an appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced via Google book. I received a reminder text and I arrived on time. Parking provided was awful. Upon entering we were greeted by a blonde woman. I let her know I had an appointment for my daughter. She asked me for my ID. I provided it. She then asked me for my daughter's birth certificate. I wasn't aware that I was supposed to bring it and told her I didn't have it with me. The woman snapped at me that I needed it because "she" might not be my daughter. She then snapped at me that Google popped up a window telling me that I would need a BC for any minor children. I told her no Google did not pop up a window and she cut me off and said she knew Google did because she set it up too. I told her again that Google did not pop up a window and I asked if she was calling me a liar. She exclaimed it was the states fault I needed it.
I will NEVER go here again! Horrible customer service, completely unprofessional. The professional way to handle the situation would have been to apologize for the miscommunication and set up a new appointment. It would also be beneficial to maybe mention the birth certificate verification in their reminder text. I will never go here again.

Got 2 piercings there on Friday and by Sunday the swelling was so bad that I had to find another shop to switch out the jewelry because she did not leave enough room to accommodate for that. When I went to the other shop (MUCH NICER AND SO MUCH MORE INFORMATIVE) I was told she should have measured and not just had me pick whatever and gone with it before even seeing what was going to be pierced! The jewelry was also junk, not good quality at all. Also to top it off they are most likely pierced too far back and will have to be redone! Not happy at all! You get what you pay for 🤷🏻‍♀️

Definitely love Ray and Kelli! I have been going there for over 13 years and Kelli just did my daughter's first piercings. As expected, she was wonderful with my daughter who was a bit nervous. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I got a double helix piercing here. The staff was super kind and helpful. I couldn’t decide on which jewelry to pick, but they were patient when I took forever to make a decision. They have so many options for jewelry and you can’t beat their pricing. Would recommend to a friend and I’ll definitely so back.

Got by bottom lip done here, my double nostril done here, and she changed out my lip piercing for me. The piercer made me feel suuper comfortable and helped me position my piercings just right so they weren’t annoying for me to deal with. Thanks y’all, rock on. 🤘

I have had multiple tattoos done by Ray and Bert, and piercings done by Kelli. Extremely clean and professional. I never want to go anywhere else to get my work done. Top notch work, absolutely love!!! Highly recommend!!

Kelly is an amazing and talented piercer. Her pricing is amazing, since many of it includes basic body jewelry. The jewelry she selects for her shop is also the top surgical grade - not the kind that will tarnish or harm your skin / piercing over time.

I've had my nose pierced along with a triple forward helix done by Kelly. She's also done many of my friend's piercings as well as a curated ear, too.

Recommended for kids ear piercing due to how sanitary a pro is vs Claire's or a kiosk at the mall. Also, she can put body jewelry on instead of a stud earrings that will poke.

Had some piercings done and I didn't eat enough carbs before going and I started to black out she hopped right on it gave me a sugar pill put the fan on and or wet paper towel on me too was ready for the next one. Awesome experience!

Love the staff! Almost have all my piercings done by them! And love the work they do they are very talented and awesome people!
