Had my permanent eyebrow makeup done by Jen. She does a fabulous job. Listens to what you want and has great suggestions. Had them done in 2010 and just had them darkened slightly. I would recommend having this done for anyone with light brows or disappearing brows due to age. She does great work.

Took me as a walk in for my navel piercing. Quick and easy, barely even hurt, and even the person who did my piercing even gave me kind advice about using a retainer during nursing school. :) Would definitely go back for another piercing.

My 5 year old daughter really wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. I went back and forth between the typical bubblegum experience at the mall and her having a good piercing. TJ at American Pride, Rochester was phenomenal. He spoke directly to my daughter explaining every step so she was comfortable and then described exactly what was happening to me. My girl didn’t even flinch when he put the first earring in and wasn’t afraid at all for the second ear. I will go back to American Pride and hope TJ is working when it is time for my second daughter to get her ears pierced. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!!
