I went into get an tattoo fixed and talked to an artist and I was a little low on cash but he didn't even try to give me an estimate of how much so I could come back on a later date. I just was ignored by every one in the shop but the young man in the front at least he talked to me. No one came to ask me any questions. The artist said he could see what he could do but never came back to me just did my friends tattoo and said bye. I guess he really didn't want my money so sad because if I just had communication. I could came back in a couple of week and put down a large sum for a full sleeve of Asian themed tattoos.I sat there for 55 minutes with out even a second glance. No one not ever the head tattoo artist took my questions into consideration they didn't talk to me or tryed to think of another salutations . I was even thinking of just getting it covered up with a geisha. They lost my business to bad 😞 I herd good things but I was not show any of what I was told.

I had an appointment booked for two months. Got a confirmation email and text the day before. I called them the day of to confirm something about my tattoo and when I called they told me they’re closed today and have no appointments and are moving shops.
Edit: I was never contacted about rescheduling. I was sent three confirmation emails but never got sent anything about rescheduling. I was sent both a confirmation text and email the day before. And when you called you acted very surprised, the shop never reached out to me. As I said over the phone, I left for college the next day and had I not been leaving I would not get tattooed by a shop who completely forgets about a client and can’t even apologize.

Tyler does amazing work! hes very understanding to what the customers want and takes the time to tweak it redraw it ect. so that the client is 100% happy with their Ink. Tyler puts everything into his shop and it shows to the calming chill vibe to the experience you have walking in that door. i will be sending people to him because i will go back for alll my work too
