I've received 2 tattoos and about 8 piercings from here. I've not had good experiences with my tattoos. I actually got a cover up from here and had it covered up. But, this is my go to spot for piercings. Their prices are great and I've never had a piercing reject or become infected. If it weren't for the poor work with my tattoos, I'd give them 4 stars. Definitely still coming for more piercings though.

I've been here a few times for tattoos with hotsauce and I always leave happy. Super light handed and a goofball to make you laugh the whole time! Staff here is always so polite! I'll be a loyal customer for life!

Went there for their Friday the 13th special and got my triple helix done for pretty cheap. I should have known how that would translate to my new piercing. Understanding that it was late and these people were just trying to get out of there, the piercer used some rubbing alcohol on his hands in lieu of washing them with soap and water, and bypassed giving me starter jewelry for the "good stuff". I followed proper aftercare technique but my new piercings still fell infected. After having to dig out the posts that were too small for a healing ear, I replaced them with some surgical grade steel ones, but to no avail. I had to go to the doctor a few days ago to have them removed and to start on some antibiotics.
I want to try them again when they aren't running a special, but so far I'm pretty disappointed with my service.

My friend and I came in to get our navels pierced and were very nervous about getting it done simply because we are both plus size. The piercer there was so goofy and really put us both at ease about it. very clean.very thurough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The worst piercing experience I've ever had. I called ahead and was told that they do walk ins. I came in to get my nostril pierced, and there was only one person on the counter and one person in the back tattooing. The studio definetly wasn't pristine, but it wasn't really dirty either, just looked like an older shop. The person who did my piercing was apparently their apprentice, and never mentioned it. He did the piercing alone. Just before He pierced me I asked if they had a stress ball or something (some studios do.) He replied "I got something here you can squeeze but I don't think you want to" and grabbed his crotch. At this point I think my soul left my body. He marked my nose with a sharpie (red flag ) and then pierced me. Easy enough. I was never given jewelry choice and the jewelry he picked had too short of a post, so I had to sit in the chair while he took the needle and jewelry out, found a new piece of jewelry, and then spent 5 minutes trying to find the hole and put the jewelry in while my nose is bleeding. It was a horrible piercing experience. I've had a lot of great piercings done but I definetly won't go back to their shop. I had to remove the piercing 2 months later because the gem fell out and the jewelry started to change color in my nose. I can't speak for tattoos but I'm gonna stick to my regular piercer for piercings.

Recently a few of my friends got ink here and I had been considering elsewhere, but the work that was done there was great. I recently had some work done and the artist took some personal liberties with the design and it turned out amazing. I'll be getting my next tattoo here as well.
