Came in with 3 of my friends for us all to get various piercings. Joy was not only accommodating, kind, and professional, but also warm and caring. Joy not only took the time to talk to each of us all personally about our piercings and the best options for us in terms of placement, jewelry, etc, but also offered us all water and moved extra chairs into their piercing space so my friends and I could all enjoy the experience together. All 4 of us had an incredible experience and we will all definitely be coming back in the future. All of our piercings look great and already on only day two have virtually no redness/swelling and very minimal soreness! Joy is extremely knowledgeable and loves their craft, and is happy to share that knowledge and passion with their clients. My friends and I agree that spending two hours with Joy was the absolute highlight of our weekend!

I can not begin to express my appreciation for Joy. On a Friday night, we requested 7 different people piercings, but not until one hour before closing. Joy took every single one of us, and did an amazing job. Not only that, but she was so patient and helpful.
I highly recommend Vivid Ink and will be using them moving forward.

Tylor is the best! He's so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Myself and three other coworkers went and got peicrings together and we all felt so comfortable and had fun talking with him! I live kind of far from this place and I would have no problem coming back for future peicrings. He's totally worth the drive!

Tylor is THE BEST and I would recommend them to anyone!! I went for a nostril piercing with a serious piercing phobia. They were so nice and calm, did not react to or increase my anxiety, and knew exactly what they were doing! Super professional and wonderful. Will be going back for any future piercing needs.

All the people who work there are just great people. David and Joy are awesome. David has done my new tattoo, and Joy some of my piercings. I had an ideal of what I wanted for a tattoo, and he came up with a design that I am so grateful for, and the work is amazing. Joy pierces so well I didn't feel a thing. I just had my first tattoo here by Krista on Saturday and she was awesome. Easy to work with and easy to talk with. It was on my chest so I couldn't see her working but I loved that she kept me updated on what part of that tattoo she was working on. I enjoyed my ink session and can't wait to go back ❤️
Tylor was AWESOME! I went in today to have retainers put in before surgery and he was so kind and gentle and also informed me the jewelery the previous piercer that I was going to was using old jewelry so that's why I was having some issues. I'll definitely be sticking with Tylor from now on ❤️ thank you again

Tyler is AMAZING, I called on the same day got and appt with him and he walked me through the whole process (I got a stacked lobe, so two piercings). He took the time to map out where the piercings should be and really listened to me and made my vision a reality!! When I have my next idea, I will definitely be back!!

Was in and out in about 30 mins for a nose piercing. Joy greeted me at the door and was so wonderful from beginning to end. She made me feel very confident in the procedure and was so friendly! PS - she did such a great job that it didn't hurt nearly as bad as I thought it would! Very clean and sterile supplies, along with thorough aftercare instructions - highly suggest!
