In my experience this was one of the BEST tattoo experiences I have had! He was very nice and created the design I wanted except bigger his work is litterly one of my favorite tattoos I have! I will be going back SOON!

Walked in and had a great experience getting matching tattoos for wife and daughter. Guest artist Missy Mahan customized a concept for them and got right to work. Turned out beautiful and amazing. Shop is clean and professional.

After my husband had some work done in March, I decided that this was the place to go for new ink. I was told that on Saturdays Jay does walk ins from 12-5. First come first serve only. Upon speaking to Jay, he confirmed this and so I showed up on Saturday at 11:55. I was the second person in line and 2 more showed up not long after. At noon they still weren’t open. At 12:10 they still weren’t open. It was almost 12:30 before they finally unlocked the door, only for the four of us who had been waiting in line, only to be told that they were all booked up for the day. That they had another group coming back at 2. Not to mention Jay had already started placing a stencil on someone who he had let in before they were officially open.
When I asked if we were supposed to call ahead he said, “no it’s first come first serve, we don’t take appointments for walk ins.” Well we were definitely the first ones there and we were not being served. He then admitted that this was bad time management on his part and that he was going to reopen the next day for the same deal. Problem is, some of us don’t have the luxury of an open schedule. I have kids, and managed to secure a babysitter to come in on Saturday as I was told on Friday night that it was walk ins, and first come first serve only. I didn’t have the benefit of a sitter for Sunday.
I would understand if I had showed up and multiple people were already waiting, but I was the second one there before they opened and was turned away for people who weren’t even there yet. Either Jay doesn’t understand the concept of first come first serve or he just doesn’t care. Now I’m out money for a babysitter and no tattoo. Very unprofessional and will not be returning.

After following then on Facebook I stopped in on a whim with my mom when I was home for the holidays. I wanted to get a tattoo I had been wanting for a while and was very parabout. They were so accommodating! Sami, the shop apprentice did my tattoo and was WONDERFUL. She made sure that everything was aligned properly and that I made sure I was pleased with every detail of the design. She also had a really light hand which is always appreciated. I wish I lived closer but I will definitely be back! Thank you!!
