Gretchen was so nice and answered all my questions about resizing my nose piercing. Thank you!

I came in for a septum piercing yesterday. Gretchen did an amazing job explaining everything and making sure I understood. She was also exceptionally thorough with everything from cleanliness, to positioning, right to the piercing itself. I'll absolutely be back if I want any other piercings, and will be telling my friends, too.

Also, bonus points for being able to schedule the appointment online. Easy peasy.

Update: tattoo went better than I even expected. L is my hero. I sat with her and designed this tattoo and she knocked it out of the park! It's gorgeous and everyone I know cannot get enough of it. I'm telling you if you all the artists are as good as L you can't pass this place up. I will recommend everyone I know to L she's my super hero!!!!

So this will be a two-part review first part in customer service and setting up an appointment. So far I give it completely five stars I walked in and was instantly greeted by L and she was more than excited to work on a tattoo idea that I have and I was easily able to get into her booking it and it was is painless as things can go I'm set to have my tattoo soon and I cannot wait. How was so pleasant to work with and it I can't wait to see what ideas she has. I'll update after the tattoo is done.

I had a wonderful experience today with Gretchen. She took her time to make sure my double nose piercing was perfectly placed and she was so friendly and personable. She also helped set me up with some new jewelry for an existing piercing and I absolutely love what she put together for me. The shop is clean and everyone was wearing a mask. Just hearing other interactions between the artists and clients while there will definitely bring me back for more piercings and tattoos.

I went to get my belly button done. The piercer went over everything with me clearly and carefully and made sure I understood. I am so glad she did as I only had my ears done as a baby and I was clueless. Lol
I loved the fact she walked you through each and every step and let you know what to expect.
I will say very well done and I'll be back. I want to get my lip done now.

Gretchen was amazing! I had my nose pierced 20yrs ago and it hurt more than admitting I was 18 twenty years ago! I bled to the point the next girl that was supposed to be after me fainted and changed her mind. The healing process hurt and sucked so bad that even though I was sad I didn’t have it anymore it was better than going through “that” again. Gretchen has some sort of magic touch and it’s got me thinking it’s time to get some more piercings!

I cannot say enough how much I love this place! I was in search of a great shop for my first tattoo and I was lucky enough to get into InkHeart and I had Jeff as my artist! Hands down he truly is the best! The detail in my tattoo is truly amazing! He is so friendly and gentle and was there for me when I needed questions answered! I am such a worrier and he made this experience just fantastic! I kept saying I’m a one and done tattoo person, but honestly I am considering more and I will definitely be going back to see Jeff at InkHeart Tattoo! Thank you Jeff and InkHeart Tattoo! You guys are the best!

The shop is so nice, clean, and friendly! Jeff is phenomenal at what he does. A friend of mine referred me to him and we went in about a month or so ago to get tattoos done together. My friend went to start his cover up but it was my first time getting one done. Jeff was so professional and also so nice that it made it really easy and calming almost to get it done. Definitely will be going back to him again this year to get another done. Below are my first tattoo and one of the tattoos he has done for my friend.

Thank you, thank you to Elle, and the InkHeart Tattoo studio for a fantastic tattoo experience. Elle took the time to carefully create a gorgeous work of art, based on my suggestions. We did an art review a week prior to the actual tattoo placement, and she was totally open to any type of possible changes. However, her initial work was so fantastic, that we went with the original.
During the tattoo process Elle is kind, warm, vibrant, and has an amazing gift of making you feel at ease during the entire process. She is a true artist. I am in awe of her attention to detail, totally remarkable!
The tattoo is absolutely stunning! I receive compliments on it daily. It turned out even better than I imagined! Thank you Elle
