Very clean environment. He is an amazing artist and is very reasonably priced. I got my first tattoo from him a few months ago and he made my picture of my tattoo come alive! I am going to get my next tattoo with him soon! Highly recommend this place!!!

I got two tattoos here last week and they look amazing! I also don't have a very good pain tolerance, but he made me comfortable and joked around to keep my mind off the pain. 100% recommend to anyone looking to get a tattoo!

I understand that I went in with the idea of getting a large tattoo. I changed my mind from getting it because it didn’t mean anything special to me and it’s going to be on my body forever. The tattoo I chose had meaning from my past (an addition to a semicolon tattoo) and was significantly smaller. I came in and told you I had changed my mind. You responded by swearing at me in the lobby and giving me a speech about changing my mind and how rude I was for doing so and started acting out. And you rejected any apology I tried to make for making the change last minute. I understand that your time is important and I’m genuinely sorry you had to come in early and put in extra time because you thought I was still getting the larger tattoo and had everything set up. I know a lot of work goes into the prep. It was my fault that this happened after all for not giving you enough of a heads up. You could have just said next time give me more of a heads up and left it at that, but you chose to be upset and unkind, and complaining to me about past people who had done this and how I’m just like them. Behaving like that to a client is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional for an artist with such talent. I apologized and was willing to give you a big tip to make up for the work you had put into it. You declined it and called me rude. I hope to come back later for a more positive experience. Getting a tattoo here for the first time was a very negative experience. I hope you read this and change the way you treat people who are thinking about getting permanent ink. If you are reading this don’t let this post discourage you from getting a tattoo here. He is a very talented artist after all. Just make sure you give him a heads up if anything changes.

I received a couple simple tattoos. The service was great and the healing instructions are super easy to follow. Overall it was a great experience (much better than my last tattoo at a different place) and I'm planning to get a couple (bigger) future tattoos there as well.

My husband and I had been wanting to each get a tattoo for the last year or so and we were looking around the Sioux Falls area, but went to several places and weren't thrilled as they didn't seem to be able to do our ideas. After talking to a few people on where to go, they recommend Palmers. I read these reviews and we right away made an appointment. He listened to our ideas and gave us a few ideas/tips since it was our first tattoo. He did exactly what we were looking for! He was professional and friendly. My husband plans on going back for another.

I got my first tattoo done by him. He drew up exactly what I wanted and did a wonderful job. He was very friendly and informative on what he was doing and when. I would highly recommend him, his work is amazing!

Came in with a couple sketches/ideas - good thing he called it a trainwreck, because I LOOOOVE how the final (albiet rather different) product turned out! A true artist = knows when something will look bad, AND calls me out on it. XD ;)
