I regret getting my industrial piercing from here. If I could rate less then one star I would.. First off the piercer was so unbelievably rude, he acted as if I would not take care of my piercing. Second, he pierced me with one needle for both entry points. Third, instead of piercing it on the inside of my cartilage he pierced it dangerously close to my outside cartilage flap, due to the healing process my ear is pushing my bar outwards (normal) but in my case it looks as if it will pop through my cartilage. And the worst part of all, we I tried to remove this horrible piercing, the balls on both ends are on extremely tight. I tried everything to loosen it. Even pilars. Nothing. Loved the idea of industrial. Hate my experience caused by this place.

After going to Dragon's Lair one time, I know I'll always be coming back to it for any other tattoo's I will want in the future. My wife just got her first one done and she's super happy with it! Don't worry about the person who said "Don't go to this shop!" below. All of the tattoo artists are very professional and don't smell of marijuana. He or she doesn't know what they're talking about.

Fun, laid back, friendly place. I go to Adam Bertram and I'm NEVER disappointed in his work! He's simply amazing!

ASK FOR WEERD AL. I won't go anywhere else for ink ever again. Be prepared for a long wait list, but let me tell you, it's worth the wait. The work is excellent and the staff is phenomenally fun to be around. 10/10 time and time again

There was not a professional in this place. The Dragons layer is dark, dirty and looks like its barely cleaned with hand me down or found on the curb furniture, garbage everywhere and horrible lighting.

We had entered on a tuesday after reading the reviews (of how awesome it was) we put our concerns to the side. we had a tattoo drawn up. we were called back almost immediately to ok the tattoo. and Our apt was made for the fallowing week.
We went back during our apt time and our person was not even there. we were not called or informed that he was not going to be there he went to the cities and failed to even tell other employees he was not going to keep our apt.

we walked out when one of the employees said "I would be sorry or even apologize if it was my fault. but its not so I am not really sorry hes not here" ... the people did talk among them selves about "how it sucked" that we had to wait, but we were not good enough for them to talk to us.

I feel that the "awesome" reviews are from buddies, or even from the owners or employees. Because if you are a new client do NOT expect respect or even a person to care for their product. after all its not their body they are screwing up.

We did leave and we were beyond angry till we decided to enter Kats Tats on North Cedar Ave. And we now have another apt next week for the same requested tattoo with an award winner tattoo artist. See the review next week on Kats Tats for a picture of his work.

These guys are like family. Their work is Fantastic. Their easy-going banter and the movies they play help new people focus on something else other than the tattoo and an6 pain.

My tattoo is extremely patching and looks like it was rushed. Super disappointed.
EDIT: They all reached out and are fixing it for free. Definitely a lot more happy.

I went and got my nose pierced today and I had a great experience. The piercer was really nice and very funny! I highly recommend going here and I would go there again!

Al did my tattoo a few months ago. Did a really good job, even did some touch up work on my other pieces. Prices are pretty high but the quality is definitely work it.
