$500 including a touchup resulted in botched brows with missed gaps. Unfortunately, Kimm dismisses a clients' legitimate concerns and tries to extract more money saying to book additional sessions beyond her written contract. Kimm stated was pregnant and not feeling well yet refuses to admit her mistake and correct it. As a comparison, my last set of brows from Louisville, KY lasted 10 years so my expectations were and are realistic. As if Kimm's work wasn't awful enough, her unprofessional attitude was moreso filled with excuses and defensiveness. She wished me well on my "brow journey" and blocked me! The offer to book again was another dishonest deflection as Kimm's books are closed. Avoid your own browbeating and seek skilled professionals in the metro area.
