My first tattoo and I LOVE it! My tattooist was awesome and didn't mind that I talked his ear off. Thank You!

I had the pleasure of receiving a tattoo from Em, she's a great person and a great artist. Their customer service is beyond amazing. I would highly suggest anyone to go here. I would come here again if I lived in this area.

On the 18th I went to cream City tattoo for a tattoo on my neck and I was extremely satisfied with not only the quality of the work but also the dedication of the artist. the artist that I chose was Naomi Hart and I don't feel like I could have picked a better person for what I was looking for. the feeling that one hopes to get from the experience was perfection.even at the consultation she was very understanding and not only wanted to know what I wanted but also who I was as a person and the true meaning behind the piece and that was extremely important to me and honestly the first time I've ever had that experience with a tattoo artist.the shop was amazingly clean and extremely professional iand the artwork surrounding the space was all inspiring and fantastic I genuinely couldn't brag or recommend this place more not only did I get an amazing tattoo from an amazing person but also a lifelong friend that I'm very very very Fond of 100% recommend and I am just so thankful for this wonderful wonderful shopping our community and all that it has to offer

I have only great things to say about this place! Ryan (the owner) is one of the most talented and professional artists that I have ever met! The shop is extremely clean and the artists are very upfront and will tell you if your idea for a tattoo will not look great over time, which I definitely appreciated. I drove over 1 1/2 hours just to go to cream city and will definitely be back in the future. There are tons of tattoo shops in the cities (where I am from), but getting tatted by such a great artist is well worth the drive. Highly highly recommend!

I decided to go to Cream City Tattoo because I was very impressed with Ryan and Will's work on Facebook. I got a relatively simple tattoo, but it did require straight lines without any shading to cover it up. Will did a great job. I love my new tattoo and it couldn't look any better. He made sure I knew that if I wanted something changed before I got the tattoo it was no problem. He completely understood that a tattoo is going to be there forever and he made sure I was happy about how it looked and how it was placed before he started. The studio was clean, huge, and extremely nice looking. It was the most well done studio I had ever been to. Also, Ian was very welcoming and created great conversation while my friend and I waited for Will to draw up my tattoo. I would highly recommend Cream City Tattoo. I had a great experience for a reasonable price.

Professional and prompt with appt availability and scheduling for tattoos that my husband and I wanted.

Calm and clean atmosphere. Jacob did an outstanding job at creating the look we wanted, and we love our tattoos. Will be returning in the future.

My mom and I spontaneously went in to get matching tattoos while we were in the area. They fit us in without appointments. The shop was clean and they were professional. However im not pleased with the quality of my tattoo. For being a simple tattoo it does not look good. The lines are unfinished and wonky. Minimal effort was put into sketching the piece and shading during the actual tattooing and i feel the artist rushed through my tattoo. Im thinking about getting it fixed or covered elsewhere. I was also charged $100 when it took him maybe 20-30 min at most so pricing was a bit steep for the size and quality of my tattoo.

Why would i let the same artist that permanently messed up a place on my body come near me again? Id rather not lol. Just because i was a walk in does not mean that attention to detail should have been overlooked, I was still a paying customer and if he didn’t have the time to pay attention to detail he should have turned us away. Just because I didn’t make an appointment gives an artist a right to do a terrible job? These “lower level shops that hold cheaper minimums” that you’re supposedly completing with did a better job on a larger tat I paid $60 for so really no competition there bud. Maybe try lowering your ego when you lower those prices. You should work on your responses, they sound a little like an excuse.

My friend and I had a great experience with Jacob after being very gun-shy from a previously awful tattoo shop and artist in Orlando. Jacob patiently worked with us on our matching tattoos, the place was pristine, and we are overall pleased with how the sketch and tattoo came out. We would absolutely recommend this shop and Jacob to others. Very professional.

My sister and I got “sister tattoos” and are very very happy! Alex did our tattoo and he was great. This was both of our first tattoos and I, especially, was very nervous and almost didn’t even go through with the process. I was freaking out all day!! He was able to make me feel comfortable and I am so happy I went through with it! It looks amazing. Such a fun memory for my sister and I. :) Highly recommend!

I am beyond happy with my tattoo!! The atmosphere of the building and the whole experience was truly amazing! Corra did a fantastic job on my piece!! She was professional and very easy to talk to and work with which made everything much better!! I will DEFINITELY be back!!
