Had a great experience. I moved up here from Iowa and was nervous about finding a new tattoo artist. Came to multiple different places with what I wanted and no one in the Mankato area would do it. But impulse didn't even question it. They asked when. The artist knocked it out. She did an amazing job! Will be coming back for the rest!!

Jonah did my tattoo, and I love it. He took the one tattoo I was thinking of removing and turned it into a work of art. I can't believe how awesome it is. I had my kids names added, but the tattoo he fixed was a cover up for a really bad tattoo, but it was bland until now. I honestly can't say enough good. All the people there are nice, the place is clean and very professional.

Zach did a awesome first tattoo for me. It looks so life-like, realistic, the picture I took doesn't do it justice, my tattoo result is amazingly undescribable!! I have never seen a tattoo artist with this type of creative talent or a tattoo with such a realistic likeness from a picture!! Absolutely incredible and beautiful! I am definitely going back when I decide on a 2nd tattoo for Zach to "sculpt" on my skin!!!

I was a walk in for my first ever tattoo at Impulse and I do not regret choosing this place!!! Great price compared to other surrounding shops. I was tattooed by Zach. He made me feel super comfortable and it was a great first tattoo experience!

Donny did a great job with getting the detail and sizing just right on the two pieces I had done. He paid close attention to how much detail I was looking for and I loved how they turned out. He does great work and is very reasonable on price.

I got 2 tattoos done with these guys. 1 easy and another 4 hour piece with a lot of shading. Very happy with how they turned out. Also how fast and simple healing. Clean shop, reasonable hourly rate and fast professional hands.
