After looking around online for a tattoo shop , I saw that Highly Recommended had 5 stars . My daughter and I went to shop and met with Jeffrey the owner. He was very professional and very attentive. My daughter was getting her first tattoo and I was also getting one. He made her feel very comfortable as she was nervous at first. He did her tat and then did mine . Definitely earned the 5 stars!
